The new regs only apply to state owned companies, Poly isn't affected by then.

Newdealz, one thing that keeps me here is the BOD and senior management all being shareholders. Unless there's a move to take Poly private, and then we can pocked some money and move on, they will be looking at long term growth and dividend returns. So I'm waiting with bated breath for the next moves €:

Newdealz, same here! I'm wondering if some traders exited, and the Times also ran another spoiler on Poly at the same time. So still hopeful that the SP will edge upwards, though I think the real action will come after the resolutions are passed??

OK, I have registered with Broadridge using the passcode from my Fidelity account, received an email from Fidelity / Polymetal asking me to vote, and once on my Broadridge account set preferences and voted without any bother :)

Also Ghuxy I navigated the cows / assassin without any bother! (I did hear about cows and trampling, I know a few words of Russian from an old girlfriend, but when I spoke to the cows in Russian they didn't understand, so I think I'm ok there).

HL didn't ask for a fee, will let you know if Broadridge / Fidelity ask for any fees later today, I believe it is a problem though with brokers, one of the reasons for confusion and opacity, voting processing costs money and the brokers and companies keep kicking the can back and to.

Hi Cawn, I had just General Meeting rather than Extraordinary and put the date in, 12th October, seemed to do the trick. HL decides if it's ok I guess €:)

Morning all, have received communication from Fidelity headed 'Your vote counts', about voting, will have a look at it later today and let you know what it says. If you look up PolyM 's post from 10.30 today it's that one that's been posted a few times here, I said 'I Vote in Favour' rather than yes but I don't suppose it matters, gave the date of the meeting in and sent it in via the tabs I mentioned below. I didn't add anything else other than 'shares in my ISA / number' as I assumed they would know who I was anyway €:) GL
