Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
I top sliced after the big result day at £2.25 but couldn’t resist putting a chunk back in. £1.89 paid.
Thanks guys - does that mean that your shares are compulsorily bought out? I am a partner and shareholder in a small business with only a handful of shareholders. We have ‘drag along’ clauses in our share holders agreements which mean that if the majority want to sell the minority have to sell too.
Is it the same principal?
Excuse my ignorance but this is only my second proper share holding (been in since March so Woo go synairgen).
How would a buy out work? Presumably the buyer only needs to acquire 51% of the shares to have total control and therefore pass sng001 to the parent company?
Does the buyer have to declare intention to take over?
Is it the case that if you don’t sell out before the 51% are sold, the remaining shares have little or no value?
Musical chairs? Don’t be standing up when the music stops?
To all the new investors who have not spent thay long following the company:
As the share price recovers, this afternoon or tomorrow, remember to bottle that feeling. Remember that this fluctuation was not caused by fundamental change in facts.
There will be many more tree shakes before this is finished. But hold strong and there is a very good chance this drug will make it all the way.
GLA and don’t give your Shares away
I am invested in both, but I certainly wouldn’t be selling out of here to move across. Significant news cod drop at any point.
GGP is a great share right now though. A good balancer for anyone heavily invested in Covid stocks.
Well it’s 715 in NY so they should be eating their cornflakes ready for a big day of buying synairgen.....
Rickie - exactly. I was just going to reply the same...
I took a top slice at 226 yesterday and couldn’t resist putting it back in at 170 this morning.
Gla! I feel a great day coming on.
Really disappointed to see that synairgen was pushed aside by the oxford vaccine on all the major newspapers.
I feel like on another day and that would have been synairgen.
I think there is genuine opportunity to go up significantly from here. You have their home trial results, copd results and Licensing deals etc all still to come. Not to mention that this will take some time to reverb around the world.
That said, if you can’t afford to lose it, don’t do it.
Where can we stream the webinar at 1230? I couldn’t see anything on synairgens website?
LSE is saying that there are 3 new rns but only one showing. Is this an lse mistake or can they be accessed elsewhere?
Tia and congratulations ??
Congratulations everyone! I have held and followed this board since March when I bought slightly more than I should really have risked at an average of 58p. All the regulars ghia, miggy, oil, share sting, itzhernadez, John, nolupus etc! Thanks for everything you have taught me! First proper deluge into investing seems to have gone well!
I read ‘successfully treated’ as successfully given sng001.
The biggest positive to me is that the home setting trial will be complete sooner now they have access to a wider pool of people.
I imagine the dex result got them thinking about how to move faster....
Thanks Jakman!
Could someone please post a link to this Miles tweet? Apologies if it was posted earlier, I can’t see it though.
As someone who has been invested since heavily since March, I’m very relieved to see to positive upward pressure on the SP. Watching the SP fall day on day really made me start to doubt my research. Thanks to all the regular contributors who fill this page with their research! Gla and let this be the start of a good run into the 3 sets of results.
