We have bounced off it hard twice now. Looks like we are warming up for another attempt.

Claire’s not wrong from my technical analysis. Strong resistance at 3.70-3.72 which ties in with fib line at 3.71.
It doesn’t look to me like there is enough fire in the tank to cross today. But if we do, I, we should slide up past £4.

Shandypants - I agree that ‘win’ is perhaps a simplistic word. Obtained a favourable outcome, might be a more accurate way of describing my meaning.

In my opinion, if the dispute with the dhsc has been resolved in NCYTs favour, and hope to have an ongoing relationship, they would want to avoid shouting ‘we won’ from the roof tops.
The solution, report it in your financial y/e, and do that as soon as possible.
Furthermore, moving to reporting in £ means that they are expecting major revenue in £!

I cannot understate how significant a milestone this is for sng.

We have learned that:

- successful activ 2 results are almost garunteed.
- we are a big step closer to the tipping point of emergency approval.
- Interferon works at multiple stages of disease.
- We have more safety data.

While the share price has not reacted as I would have hoped, it has de-risked the investment for me.

I also entered today. Seeing the market overreact to ncyt’s dispute and then a major recovery, I am optimistic that similar will happen here.
Only question is whether I should have waited one more day for the best entry. But that won’t make much difference in the end.

Is anyone able to explain to me why the buys vs sells have been so heavily weighted towards buys this afternoon, yet it seems nobody told the share price?!

Well at least in my house it is! I think we’ve turned out of the bottom of the bowl. I’ve watched from afar as NCYT has become more and more under value and am very excited with the prospects having got in just over £7.

I am massively excited for the next few weeks. GL to all!

Do we know the date on which the contract was executed? And am I correct in remembering that the extension would need to be announced within the duration of the contract, which was 6 months?

Call your broker. They can move your shares into your isa instantly. I’ve done it before.

Venrock are still holding at 1.2% as of 2 weeks ago.

Do you think Numis could have taken some of those shares through a different mechanism to underwriting? Otherwise I just don’t see how there would have been the free float to supply 15m shares?

Matt - Yes agreed, there was a holdings list which recently showed Venrock as still in but below the threshold.

They offloaded 4% ish around placement time at about placement price. I meant that they might be loading up again.
