What rns's do you expect?
Uru has a mc of about 2m, the project needed 700m in 2014 God knows what price now, where is the funding coming from.
The April presentation is what exactly what! other than the same as thousands of other meaningless presentation by aim companies to please pi's, just stalling tactics.
How many companies come out with these presentation that are full of nonsense.

These people colluded to issue 26m FREE shares to themselves, associates and family members
when buying up alerion, at the expense of all pi's including yourself. They didn't pay a penny for the shares, talbott, groves and corrales( you know who) got shares for sfa.Why Why do you not grasp that simple fact.
And that is why Honest shareholders are up in arms and so it should be, they cannot be allowed to do this. And I personally hope that egm's get called for again and again till there gone.

Not trying to be funny but today's rns makes a total of 6 meaningless rns's for the whole year.

Agree antofelli has become very vocal in trying to make out that the vote is a foregone conclusion.
But what he doesn't seem to understand is that there are to many pi's who are invested here that believe that mrs could become a very good company and will keep trying to remove zorbas and his fellow con men from fleecing them and ruining a good company.

I still don't understand how if niketo got sold for 3.8m where are their shares in uru.
As for Zebediela, Zorbas said in 2014 it would take $700m of capital so must be a lot more now.
My own view, and I do not mean to influence anyone in any way, is that Zorbas has no intention of
getting Zebediela to production ever.
He will keep taking wages, fees etc for as long as he can and then move on to pastures new.
But I think his web of deceit is finally catching up with him so maybe he will slink away out of the limelight for good.
I'll be honest I did think about investing here but after the the way he screwed pi's at mrs with the alerion con and at Altona with leinad energy etc I will never invest in any company that he or his
compatriots are remotely involve in.

Does anybody here really think that Zorbas is going to raise the funds needed to take this to production or try and get a joint venture with someone.

The honesty and integrity of our bod has been lost because of the Alerion deal, and ultimately future contracts might be at risk because other companies might not wish to deal with people that lack these qualities.
The contempt shown not only to shareholders but to employees , who brought with their hard earned wages, when giving Free shares to themselves and friends is utterly disgusting.
But some people seem to think that they can justify their wrongdoings and let them get away with it which only shows their lack of integrity.
Only when a new bod is in place will the company be able to start afresh and restore faith in MRS.

Make sure we all vote to get the existing bod removed as that is the only way we might learn the truth about the Alerion deal.
