Yep get the feeling something not quite right in the camp.
Thought hackett would possibly step into chairman's role once zorbass had left.

Really annoying that what seems to me completely fair posts , including antofelli's, are being removed.

Anto probably about 52% to 48% of shares voted but in reality about 1% for the bod and 99% of actual shareholders against.
Only 6 people control nearly 30% of shares.
Only 2% swing needed to change things, can't see talbott and groves holding on to shares for too long if price goes up, that's if they actually have the shares.
Can sell end Sept so my bet is price coukd rise and they might sell and zorbas might sell the ones he got for 2.48p, nice to see director buy when price was at its lowest! so he can make more money.

You seem to accept and vehemently defend the bod even though e very other pi not connected to zorbas or hogan
can see them for what they really are, totally selfish and self serving.
If you are a pi and cannot see what they have a have done here, you do realise that if they hadn't pushed thru the alerion deal they would not have had the shares to win the egm, then one day you will realise why genuine shareholders here feel aggrieved about as it will happen again maybe not here but on others shares that you might hold.
You have your own opinions and whether I think they are wrong or right you have the right to right to post them here,
and if you are just a pi who thinks that what has happened is ok then that's up to you.

Well I am genuinely disappointed at the result and the fact the majority of shareholders voted for the resolutions but were only defeated because of a select few who hold more shares because of the Alerion deal.
There will be mixed feelings from pi's this morning but as mogbear stated it might not be over.
The pi's who voted against the resolutions seem to be willing to let let Zorbas and his compatriots get away with basically giving themselves free shares, which for some reason they are willing to be to turn a blind eye to.
Aim is a market that is full of companies that do the same thing and get away with it, and only when an example is made will it start to change.
I will still hold and see what happens next as there should be news on debt restructuring soon, and new directors, let's hope no connections with brenton or zorbas etc as only then will they be accepted by pi's.
Zorbas is stepping down next Friday / Sat but will still have influence thru his uru holding so don't think we will get rid of him completely. Don't know quite what's happening at uru but hope it turns out ok for pi's becaus they seem like a genuine bunch but with Zorbas involved and what's happening at captor don't think he is to be trusted to do the best for pi's but will look after himself.

Surely if Zorbas is connected to Corrales and he has been given 4.25% of the company then the bod and the nomad must know and therefore legally they should have disclosed this information.
But even if he isn't connected to Corrales who the heck is, who are Coreales , who owns them, the board and nomad must know who the heck they gave shares to, so why not tell us.
Sincerely hope the board get thrown out and only then will the truth about alerion and hogan getting shares etc be revealed.

Does anybody know who owns or has a beneficial interest in Corrales Trading ltd?
It has been said on here that Coralles shares a similar address to Alegana Enterprises ltd a company that John Zorbas has ties to through Captor Capiral.
But if Zorbas was connected to Corrales then that information would legally have to be made public but I don't believe it has ,
but I could be wrong.
But I believe MRS, our current bod, and the nomad must be aware of who the owners of Corrales are as they must have
carried out their due diligence about who owned Alerion when they acquired them.
I know I could send an email to mrs, might just do that, but we all know it would be ignore.
So could anyone could shed some light on this matter.

Seriously wonder who really wrote the report, anybody got enough clout to ask leadenhall, maybe a carefully worded email from one of the proposed directors would be good.
No point in trying to contact mrs they just don't even acknowledge emails.
The more I read the rns the more it comes over as complete fabrication.
Also mr brenton shareholder concerns were not just about the price but also about the people who received shares for absolutely nothing, and that's why the removal of the current bod will be ongoing.
So if as you say, you want to build a great business, resign and take your pals with you, and then let honest people build an even better business.

The problem here is the report should have been done before and not after the acquisition of alerion.
Now the bod cannot accept the true valuation and don't know what to do.
Leadenhall are a reputable company that won't bow to pressure from a small aim company, especially after they had
the cheek to ask them to review their own internal review policy.

Agree where's the report,
"early next werk" to me meant mon/tues of last week, so as it's just after 8pm in Australa now they must of had the report for
about 6 days!!!!!
So why not just put the whole report on the website for all shareholders to see, or at least an rns as to why they either haven't received it,or reasons for not making it public.
As usual Zorbas and Brenton treating shareholders with contempt.
Or publish the first report they received before sending it back to leadenhall to be changed.
The lack of transparency of our current bod is shameful, as is certainly not doing their reputation any good.

Should have received the report by now so expect an rns very soon.

I'm certainly not deluded, but cannot speak for any other posters on here.
I also can't state if the fca have concluded their investigations or not, and I take you don't know either as you have just stated factually so thanks for that.
