Without any news from the company the mail article was bound to make the sp rise and then fall
without any back up from ppc.
But there will be news shortly and that is when we will all know if our faith in ppc, Peter Levine and Rob Sheperd who both seem genuine will pay off.
This company should and there is no reason why it won't deliver on its promises that it set out in its work programme for 2019.
It's work programme is clearly set out and it's encouraging for a company to be as transparent as ppc and that's why I have invested.
The first news of its workovers could arrive at any time but by the end of may we should definitely start to get updates
and for that reason this could be a good time to invest at a great entry price.

Great news another battle won, war not over, do not get complacent vote them all off at EGM.
The new directors mentioned today can't be voted in as they could be puppets let's get rid of all bad apples so that this company can move forward under honest leadership.
Reading today's comments about the meeting talbott also has to go and his phoney drone company, seriously how can anybody with any integrity justify this transaction, Paul Brenton has a lot to answer for, CEO or puppet getting paid mega bucks.
Wasn't it good reading the rns about Zorbas resigning.
Hopefully the FCA etc flings the book at him, his resignation is his way of scurrying away from his actions but
an example needs to be made as AIM is getting abused far too easily and it's time for the Stock Exchange to put their
house in order to stop the corruption that is running rife in quite a lot of Aim companies.
Too many directors duping pi,s and institution to maintain a lifelong income and do nothing but give empty promises, drill this
drill that and then do sweet f a. but keep getting paid 000'S to do it.

Why would he sell if he wanted to be elected to the board if the EGM to remove Zorbas is a success.

I think they are trying to use scare tactics to stop pi's voting, by implying that they had more than 50% of last vote
and they have even more now.

Looks like shares in issue increased not good must mean Alerion shares have been issued.
Groves has 12m this is 5.14% of our company for sfa.
Corrales 9.5m , just over 4% for nothing absolutely nothing.
Kerrabin drops 1.2m.

First impression not good these shares should not have been issued

Major shareholders list on website has been updated, reviewed on 23rd April (today) but accurate from
10th April.

Hopefully Nigel Burton, Trevor Brown and Daniel Smith have done their sums and are confident that they
will have enough votes to oust Zorbas and Jones or why call a GM.
Noted that they also will oust any non exec that Zorbas appoints as well, they should have done so before now as they are in breach of the QCA Code, corporate governance.
f they do appoint someone you can guarantee that he will be Zorbas puppet because any decent "independent"director would not work with the current board.

Think z needs 51% of next vote to stay in, please correct me if I'm wrong.
