The result of the AGM will be known by now so why haven't they released the result?

Once again a failure by management and nomad.

Another reason to remove Zorbas and co.

Last agm rns came at 8:30am.

Surely result classed as price sensitive and has to be released before trading at 8am.

Expect an rns 7am Thurs as the AGM is at 11am aest which is 1am on Thursday in UK.
Really considerate of them to hold the AGM in Australia I mean they could have held it in the UK or maybe Canada or Cyprus
or maybe a pub in Wales .
Maybe Elliot could do a fly past and post the video on you tube for us all to see.

Yes Robert Hales a Welsh estate agent on the board of an Australian based mining company you couldn't make it up.
And these guys actually got away with it till it all turned sour when they tried to remove the Chinese directors at anr.

Aim and the London stock exchange will one day have to take ownership of these scandals that are rife
on their platforms.

One day they will be held accountable just like other scandals like ppi and how the banks had to pay millions.
Too many directors of aim companies are just waffling on and on and raising money and it's all to pay their wages
and they don't give a shtt about pi's.
They keep their gravy train running as long as they can we all know and have probably invested in them.

No it's time for things to change pi's have been ripped off long enough and the stock exchange needs to

Don't know for definite if Hogan out of anr as I think he only confirmed that he went below 3% but
what are the chances they are lying about his holding in anr, if they are, more fuel for the the case against them.

What's the chances they have sold shares in MRS and do not hold what they say they have ?

They sold rapidly after losing at ANR so expect the same here if things don't go according to their corrupt plan.

No mention of Grove's relationship with Hogan.
£19000 for what ? seriously for starting this scam in the first place.
Their all in this together and now they have just admitted it.

Getting legal advisors to try and justify this is also a show that they are in deep and know it.

This latest rns is their attempt to cover up again, shocked Arden are allowing it. must be trying to
cover themselves as well, as this deal should never have been approved only deals that are in the
best interest of shareholders should be approved and this deal is a sham as is so obvious to
everyone. And now after shareholders rebel have they tried to justify it with more nonsense don't
believe anything they tell you they are losing and they know it.

Don't like the idea of the 26m shares being allowed for trading on 16th two days before AGM on 18th
helping them get another 26m votes to get their requisition thru, must vote against .

Totally agree MRS will be better off without Zorbas and his cronies so must get voted off and them get on board
someone with morals and decency who won't try and rip off shareholders for their own gain because that's what's happening here.

The shareprice will rise back to and above its previous level once these cr**ks are removed.
This company has a lot going for it and needs proper decent honest leadership.

Also might be an idea as someone else mentioned to take screenshots of threads because Lse don't seem to allow
fair discussion.

It seems to me that at the last agm they lost the vote to issue new shares so they came up with plan b.

So plan b was to issue 26 m shares in a bogus company that Zorbas controlled thru his cronies so that they could them get the votes they needed, don't believe that the 5p valuation was relevant it just made it look good to shareholders that their shares might be worth 5p when they were sitting at 4p. They needed more votes at the AGM.

But they didn't realise that pi's and eventually Arden weren't that stupid so that is why everyone is up in arms.
The 26m shares have not been issued so that's a good thing, hopefully the whole deal gets thrown out and the
con men responsible are forced to face the music.

Zorbas has to do the recent thing for once and resign as he has overseen this debacle.

It is strange that the Mrs live rns tab on Lse at top of page doesn't show the rns from 1st April about the agm.

But it is on the London stock exchange website!

I also voted against this resolution.

Trying to issue millions of shares to themselves by buying a made up company and possibly commiting fraud.

The next rns I want to see is the resignation of the chairman.

Then at last he will have acted in the best interest of shareholders.

Well doesn't look like they have allocated the shares today which is great news.

If and it's only speculation that some people have forward sold their shares and
the FREE shares they were expecting haven't been released on the market then I urge
shareholders to hold onto their shares and don't sell.

Because they will have to buy them back so make them pay.

Or they will have to let the market know that their holding has reduced,
but not honest enough to do that are they!

Has anybody read the Chairman's Corporate Governance Statement on the website makes me cringe, here's an example

"Independence of the Directors
There is currently one non-executive director of the Company whom the Board considers to be
independent, the Chairman John Zorbas. The Board recognises that this is not in accordance with the
QCA Code and is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for appointment as a second
independent non-executive director. The Board expects to have completed this process (allowing time
for the Nomad’s due diligence procedures) by the end of November 2018."

So where's the new Independent director that's was to be in place by November 2018.
And as for the one independent that's in place well we know he's not following his own corporate governance statement
This is a crime in itself.

Why do you think that pi's are selling, because they believe that Zorbas and his cohorts are trying to scam them
by creating a bogus company to gain millions of free shares for themselves have you not read this BB oh that's right you only joined on 1st April.
This company MRS has great potential but it is being run by people who only want to line their own pockets and don't care about GENUINE shareholders.
So if you can't see that you must have a different agenda here.

I don't want pi's to sell but keep theirs shares, because this morning rn's shows us exactly what Zorbas is doing
getting more of a % of Mrs for his OWN good not ours.
Why did he not buy at 5 or 6 because he is only taking advantage of pi's not helping us in anyway.

See lowlife Zorbas picking up scared pi's shares why didn't as chairman buy at 6/7p
Taking advantage of of the situation he created not in the best interest of shareholders
He needs to be gone for all pi's and companies best interest.
Uru shareholders beware he will eventually do the same to you.
