Are there any other companies that are associated with Zorbas or Hogan, apart from uru metals that we should be aware of ?
Just for interest I see that Nicholas(nick) James lyth of Altona energy fame has got a job, and before anyone says anything it's not in a fast food chain but it's with a company called Fast Forward Global Operation plc so good luck to them because they will need it.
Anyway how do we get rid of the chairman and his cronies.

Also they are based in UK not Australia so do they actually own anything other than intellectual property !!
You would think reading the rns at first that they where an Australian company with an actual presence in Australia but that's not the case. Also there seem to have been a lot of changes with the companies ownership over the last few weeks also very strange.

Unfortunately Zorbas is a director of Eaton Equities and according to the rns on 28th Jan they still hold 215,000 or 13.79% so still involved although his rep Hales is gone so don't know if he can appoint another director if he still has
his shares.
He's also chairman of management resource solutions and they still haven't got a nomad signed ! So don"'t know what he's doing there but made a mess of URU who also had a 1 to 1000 consolidation for no good reason and their shareprice is heading the same way as Altona's.
I will never buy shares in any companies that he or the other cronies are involved in
, I have shares in Mrs but just waiting on my exit price if it ever comes .
Also Hogan is also involved in Mrs so god help them.

Well I hope your right but leaving it so late is complacent, look at the effect it has had on the share price .
The directors should have sorted this out before now because they have allowed this to happen.
It,s pi's again that have lost out.

Of course the nomad is an issue, they stated on 21st Dec yes over 2 months ago that they were in "advanced discussions"". Not a mention since so yes if they don't get one in 3 days they suspend ffs.

Lisa Riccardo name crops up on a few websites including
The Telegraph, This is money and Shares Magazine as being a Non Executive director of Altona Energy.

They also states that she sold the 17504 shares that corresponds to the same amount as Robert Hales sold, same time same price!

Just wanted to know who she is and why she is referred to as a NED as I have never heard of her.

MCAMikeB that's great news , Chinese directors will attend AGM.
So all that needs to be done now is vote against resolutions 4 and 5 to re appoint Hales and Jones ( sounds like a comedy act bit like Hogan and Lyth) and to vote for the re appointment of Mr Qinfu Zhang And Mr Chi Ma.

Don't you think that if they can't get a nomad it's because of the other directors and their accomplaices., that the nomad has no faith in.
To come on here gloating about how you sold after the vote means you must have done the same as Lyth and sold right after he lost the vote.
Lyth has just done this to get back at all the pi,,'s that spoiled his plans, or his cronies plans more likely, to use Altona for thier own benefit.
But he has probably screwed himself as unlike the Chinese he has absolutely no chance of being a director of a company again unless it" with ompne of his cronies.
Surprised at John Zorbas being associated with. him as it has not done his reputation any good either.

By the way still need to vote to re appoint the Chinese directors at AGM on Friday 25th Jan, but at same time you can vote against the re appointment
of Robert Hales and Timothy Jones.

But either way I can see Lyth and co selling or Chinese doing same.

Seems clear. "were to be successful" means already done!
Could have said. "were to take a. decision to bid ...."
Then that would be different
