Ok topped up last week at .82p when my head said that this would go back down to funding price of 0.7p and guess what !! Next day rns comes out and MF say qoute below...... "The Company is also making good progress on accomplishing the necessary milestones to trigger the drawdown of its next tranche of pre-agreed equity funding, which will be at a price of 0.7p." So price then slowly goes down to 0.7p Well it looks to me that the shareprice will go up but will follow the equity price to 1p and it will be after this that the shareprice will be free to go up and stay up. So top up now because next level is .9p -    $2.875 million at 0.7 pence -    $5.0 million at 0.9 pence -    $1.0 million at 1.0 pence

just to let everyone know that the trade this morning of 100,000 was a buy by me. cheers

Take a look at the shareholders list on nrr website, big change to the pre placing list. There are a few more additions to the list other than The Mutatis Foundation that have not been reported, there are also increases to existing holdings also not reported. A lot going on thats not being made public which is unfortunate as it would be good to see it out in the public domain. I don't post on iii but would welcome any comments from posters on there as I do enjoy reading their posts Thanks Jc

OK shareholders list has been updated and apart from Martin and Brett no changes to amount held by anyone else just their % dropping. But holdings rns' s will now have to be released as the shares in issue has increased and td direct have dropped below 3% so if I know this then so do they and should inform the market immeadiately. So fully expect this to be first rns of the day, we shall see !

Hi, just musing but thought that this late trade yesterday was a familiar number so checked shareholders list and noticed taurus have 21million and 666, 667. Rechecked some recent trades and the largest ones of 0.6p, sells of round figures came to about 10.5 million. Anyway holding rns' s for recent placing should be out today so shareholders list might get updated on website interesting to see if any existing holders have increased or decreased their holding. Last trade a 16:13 was mine a buy so everthing every other trade above my price must also be a buy. Just thought I would let everyone know that a lot of recent trades showing as sells are really buys and that shares are available at just above 0.6p, so get buying tomorrow at the same price ( or just about ) as the recent placing. Hi just tried a dummy buy and was qouted 0.3503p, so the 1million trade is really a buy as are all todays trades. A lot of buying going on but showing as sells and the price is dropping, god knows why!

Small top up, last trade of the day at 0.365p . 100% a buy so all others today could be buys as well unless someone can say differently. This is really good news today and a good commitment from Martin French. The presentation also is very good and will continue small top ups as long as the price stays so low. ok emailed st brides and the reason for changing broker is that the mining team have left fairfax and joined s p angel. so it looks like there is no change really, but I wonder why they left.

just looked at contacts fo s p angel in todays rns are the same for fairfax, Ewan Leggat and Katy Birkin. So they must still be linked to fairfax in some way. Think I will email st brides to clarify.

Going to list on lse 11th july, they are an investing company targetting the precious metal sector, the base metal sector, energy sector, industrial minerals sector, soft commodities sector, diamonds sector and other gemstones sector, and Mark Hohnen will be a non-ex director. Interesting to see what their first investment will be and in what sector? Share price set to be 50p, wonder how much they will raise. ps sent email to st brides about shareholders list , quick reply saying that the shareholder list is just being re-confirmed and will respond shortly, looking forward to reply!!

Just been browsing and went onto morningstar.co.uk, searched nrrp and went onto owners tab, this give a list shareholders! Comparing this list to nrr website shareholders list does not match, notably DS has nearly 22.5 mil up from 18mil also Martin French 13mil up from 10mil also states 3 nominee accounts holding 10mil between them and Glyn Tongue with no shares. Did notice that ds or mf did not cross a new %, does this mean that they don't have to inform the market. Can someone check this is correct as it would be nice to know that the directors are increasing their shareholding, but I could be wrong in my thinking. thanks j44
