Only one thing to say, twice money sponge referred to emerson as being listed on Aim and that is
not the case, emmerson is listed on the Main Market not Aim and this is very
significant, a lot of people don't realise that.

I'm the same waiting on funds to clear and wish everybody would sell so when I'm ready I'll get a great price.
But I know that's not going to happen and am prepared to pay more as I'm convinced that the share price is going to slowly rise on its run up to jorc then bfs and then finance and then .....

Guzzler you have every right to be bitter, all genuine shareholders feel the same.
Doesn't matter how others try to justify the alerion deal it was wrong and everything that has happened since, the egm's, costs involved and suspension all came about because of this corrupt deal to benefit zorbass and his cronies.
This latest rns does however have a different tone to it.
The alerion deal has cost us all very dearly and the bitterness felt by pi's will never go away, but at least zorbass has gone so maybe we can start afresh and the company can regain the trust of shareholders.
Let's hope that an honest independent chairman and new directors can be appointed, finance sorted and trading resumed and start afresh. But I think there will be some sort of price to pay but don't know that will be.
Also never thought I would say this but I hope Brenton come thru for all of us, and MRS employees, many of whom also are shareholders.

Hayden comes across as a very confident and sincere CEO and his honesty is very reassuring.
Emmerson have a clear and very transparent strategy of where they are going and a commitment
to deliver it.
This isn't a jam tomorrow company like a few I know, and I could name a few, but feel it will deliver and one of the reasons is the management that they have which is one of the most important things in a junior company at this stage.
Will buy more is my plan.

There are only 5 people with over3% and if any are responsible for any of the 2 late reported trades then they would drop thru a % and would have to issue a tr1. So maybe rns first thing.
The late trades individually or together could also be from someone under 3% so wouldn't have to report.
But at end of day someone has them and I can only wish it was me, wouldn't worry about these trades firmly believe this could be a very good company and will too up as much as I can before jorc rns and bfs rns.

I agree seems to tick quite a few boxes.
Main market, not aim thank god.
Directors seem dedicated and have relevant experience with past companies, no bad past history as far as I can see.
Morocco ok.
Robust Feasibility Study early next year.
Jorc resource by end Oct.
Finance being sorted early, good, lessons will have been learned from elsewhere.

If mrs gets sold, and it does look as if that is going to happen, then whoever buys will just agree terms with hermes and it will be business as usual but without pi's and someone gets mrs on the cheap.

To be far Laz there is a lot of genuine people on this board and are invested here because they believe in the company and good luck to them.
I'm not looking for an argument but no one seems too concerned that uru had a big investment in mrs, 500k in one of the placings, that is quite a sum for a small company to potentially lose.

Some unknown company registered in cyprus buys mrs as going concern, hermes are given new deal, exactly what should have been done , and pi's get sfa.
All part of the crooks plan, but guess what it's ok because that's what crooks do and we should just let them get away with it.
Expect an rns today at some point verifying JohnHenry's twitter post (brenton will make out he didn't know) and the outcome of the alleged meeting, as if it hasn't already been decided who gets what.

You know what, no matter how you try to deflect from the the obvious, pb said in rns for eg, if and I'll say it again if the Alerion deal did not involve anyone connected or related to hogan or zorbass it might have been accepted but it didn't.
It gave 1.3m worth of shares in mrs to unscrupulous people that they hoped to sell for a profit because they didn't get them for a discount in a sham share placing FACT.
Accept it for what it is, and stop being zorbass's lackie.

Of course it was still fully listed, are you stupid, zorbass resigned on the 30th August and mrs suspended on 4th Sept so you are totally correct fact. When zorbass resigned mrs was fully listed.
Ok for clarity if Mrs hadn't bought alerion do you think for one minute that an egm would have been called.
No, no egm, although we did not like the fact that zorbass was chairman the company could have been very profitable for all shareholders, and if run correctly would have been paying off their debt and getting their debt sorted FACT.
But no no no greed for the few lead us down the path we are on now FACT.

When I saw the price hogan paid for his altona shares I should have realised what was happening but as you say the price didn't go down, so thought it was ok more fool me.
Anyone who invests in any shares that are even remotely connected to zorbass or hogan, and also need to watch out for anyone connected to them , groves talbott , or companies like leinad, captor ,uru, need to stay well clear.

So are you saying that the crooks, your words not mine, are in charge of mrs bod.
That Paul Brenton CEO of MRS does not have any authority, remember that without a chairman he is in charge.
Also the pi's haven't been able to stop the crooks and the authorities haven't either, so have they been trying and failed.
So let the crooks do what they do best is that your solution and you support this.
