Still going and now off on a new direction, management here over the years has been diabolical with latest admission that they never had the correct licence for their last venture is incredible, nick lyth what did you do, well actually apart from f all he done well just that f all, along with every other director for about 15 years, incompetence at it's highest level.

This is another company ruined by john zorbas and his crew, just look at his track record and how every company he has ever been involved with has ended up delisting and shareholders ruined.

Captor Capital : listed on canadian stock exchange , again shareprice in freefall, was suspended for a while waiting on accounts( seems to be a common feature with zorbas companies) and when eventually published one thing stood out and that was a 7 m payment for fees I wonder who to!

So the lesson here is never ever get involved with any company that has ever or is currently involved with zorbas or any of his associates.
Try to stay away from companies listed on the Aim market, there are very few exceptions.
Also if you do want to invest in an aim company make sure that Arden are not the nomad, they haven't won any medals here that's for sure.

Just in case anyone is still in altona they have just released news on nexexchange.

I think rkh have agreed to take up to $5m in shares which leaves $2.7m to fund.
Sone of this might be in cash but don't know how much uog can pay this way or if they want to
deplete their cash, so it might be more than $5m to be raised in an equity placing.
Let's hope it's at a decent price.

Equity placing due end oct early Nov so news on that is due now, no reason not to release as they have been releasing rns's while suspended and obviously will give a good indication of the sp we can expect on re admission.

Don't know exactly how much they will need to raise as they have to fund about $8m but wont have to raise full amount as they have other options available, but not sure if the best way is to keep cash or dilute shares, both have advantages and disadvantages.

Respect your decision OFD it's your money you earned it and what you do with it is your choice, and it wont affect anybody else. Yes sad day especially for the workforce and their families at this time of year.
One thing that does annoy me is the fact that many shareholders got in touch with the FCA about their concerns about how MRS was being run and yet they did nothing. But now that their concerns have be justified will they do anything. I think we all know the answer but it is time that the London stock exchange put a stop to how small AIM companies abuse their shareholders and blatantly disregard all the rules and regulations for their personal gain.
I hope pi's in any company with the people involved here wake up before it's too late for them.

Placing at .08p current bid .11p their selling their placing now and want YOU to buy to keep the bid up.
They won't report and if they do it will be after 90 days.
So listen to their lies on here and give them your money, or sell before they do.

Nobody should trust zorbas look at how anr mrs uru captor shareprices have been destroyed under his leadership, the companies that have gone into admin, yet some on here sing his praises, for what I don't know.
