Just read latest update and I have to say it is very positive.
Gives a great clear picture of what the company has done and exactly what it plans to do.
Very encouraging the way this company presents itself and how transparent it is.
A lot of news coming in the next few months stating with the jorc update before the end of October
so it is a little disappointing to see some sells this morning but as already pointed out on here maybe some sxx pi's that also bought in here selling.
Once again price is becoming very attractive but better not put all eggs in one basket so will have to try refrain from buying more but probably will if price stays here or drops further.

This bit would help jorc upgrade:
To date, Khemisset is already known to have a large resource of 311.4 Mt within a 500 km² licence area (that sits within a potash basin of about 1 200 km² that likely contains well over 1 Bnt of potash).
News before end of month.

Hopefully just a gap between 3.1 -3.4 getting filled and then move back up.
As usual got my timing slightly wrong but not worried.
A few sells past couple of days so have a seller perhaps but also a buyer just the way it is at this stage.

Wasn't going to reply but you do realise that the mining right has not been issued,
and will only get issued once the "formalities" as you call them, I'm sure the dmr don't consider it the same way or uru for that matter, have been approved.

As for buying I'm afraid that as long as your ceo is in place I shall stay on the sidelines but in the future you never know. Best of luck.

Fiirstly I didn't assume anything only referred to your link to dmr and how it is worded.
Not trying to spook anyone, not trying to get anyone to sell uru that's up to them, don't want anyone selling because of anything I say or buy for that matter.
But feel that you should have had some sort of news by now and wanted to highlight that pi's should be kept informed by your bod and feel that they are not forthcoming enough which I don't
like.
But once again hope it works out for you and the rest of uru pi's just trying to highlight some things but I can see that you're all getting pi.... off with me so will post again after news.

All my references come from the link you posted and from the rns dates 30th aug, not my assumptions.
I don't think you are reading my post correctly, no trying to be rude.
The dmr only accepted the application.
They still have to decide on the outcome but according to your link would have informed uru within 30 days if it had refused the mining right,. so if that's the case then they haven't refused the application. That's good news for you yes.
But surely as it is a very important application a few words from uru to say that they have completed the requirements by the 4th would and should have been conveyed to shareholders.

King the dmr timelines are 14 days to accept application and 30 days to say if it has refused the application, no rns to say it had been refused.
Uru never stated when they submitted the application only that the application was accepted on 30 th aug so working back they must have submitted it anytime from 16 aug.

But regardless of this uru gave the 4th Oct as the date to submit the required info so what's happening, this is ,9th will they just say it's been issued, you would have at least expected them to in form shareholders that all requirements have been submitted to dmr.
But being honest uru have been very poor with news releases only 8 this year and probably only 2 of any importance.

So 4th Oct has passed now why hasn't uru said that all requirements referred to in rns have been submitted. Wouldn't you like to know that it has been submitted.

An upgrade in the jorc will help bfs and securing financing.
Agree maybe not affect the share price to much now but will in long run.
Great the way news is being released as progress on lots of things, that don't always get brought to pi's attention, but every thing being professional ly put in place by experienced director's.

So on 30th august uru rns states the application for mining right has been accepted, so don't know when it was submitted but a accepted around 30th august. Then

So 30 days from 30th Aug is around 29th sep so as I said as far as you know it HASN'T been refused so must have been accepted.
So why did uru bring in 4th oct , don't get that at all.

In the same rns uru state they have to do certain things by 4th oct, has this happened, would have thought an rns would have been issued.

Yep an increase in JORC would be a massive confidence boost for me and hopefully bring in new
investors.
Expect more rns's in run up to bfs which will be in new year which will come before you know it.
Really like the way this company is going about its business and actually working to achieve it's goal, not like others who have been going longer and done nothing but pay wages to directors.

They promised news last week, obviously that didn't happen, so rather than say nothing
probably thought they better say something .
"Continuing to make progress in discussions to restructure debt", but no timeline given this time
so we will just have to wait and hope it gets sorted.

Hi King no gripe with you just jz and his followers.

An AIM company must publish annual audited accounts which must be sent to its shareholders without delay and in any event not later than six months after the end of the financial year to which they relate.
End of financial year doesn't change because they were late the year before, so definitely due Monday.
