TMT I suspect you are a lot brighter than you suggested in your last line (post 16.21) However I agree we have been fortunate to have an excellent board at GGP and some very generous contributors to this board -they know who they are and I thank them .I have been here since Oct 2017 and not sold too many and through the ups and downs - I am not wise enough nor experienced enough to trade ,I agree we have been lucky but sometimes I think we can take a little credit for knowing who to listen to ATB Jonno

You may be right -and I still hold shares in GGP since 2017 but GGP went from 38p to 5p before consolidation -it has now picked up to close to 37p pre consolidation money and after 20 to 1 consolidation £7..37 equivalent but look what GGP have now -and look at the future they have before them .All I am saying is the share price at some point may well drop significantly so dont get caught ATB Jonno

If a company says it is going to do something as important as an MRE by a certain date -it doesnt reflect very well on the company if they dont release it (Unless there is a very good published reason why they havent )I dont think there is a legal obligation but the repercussions may well not be worth it !!ATB Jonno

Just be chatting to my son who lives in Perth .Ex tropical cyclone Narelle has crossed from Queensland and across Northern Territory and is due to swing down the Pilbara coast before increasing and possibly hitting Perth .I dont think Telfer will be affected but the route of Narelle isnt certain ATB Jonno

I am not sure how long this war will go on but I fear it will last in various ways a lot longer- To survive the individual needs 5 things in no particular order, food, water, health, shelter/heating and oxygen - ,Food will become v important -acutely in the middle east , chronically world wide, water-desalination plants being attacked, health -drug shortage,hospitals struggling in middle east especially,but if we later on get biological, and chemical attacks on populations and subsequently crops it will get much worse, shelter/heating -bombing populations /oil/gas shortages -and oxygen -the last for now is ok

I think gold will still be a store of wealth esp with inflation coming but other things acutely will be more important

If you back a country like Iran into a corner be prepared for a lot more dangerous tactics abroad

Gold maybe moving very nicely but so is copper and tungsten (the latter up by 200%? ) in the last year ATB Jonno

I understand that the sale price of Telfer et al was agreed at the then gold price on March 24th 2024 -and no increase was applied even though the telfer sale was completed later-december 4th 2024 -and the gold price has significantly increased since then-Looking at the copper futures they have gone up 25% since march 24th 2024-ATB Jonno
