An excellent set of results last night -but this is a slow burn and always has been -I still feel sorry for those that bought in the the "30's" but in my view it will come VERY good in 2-3yrsand GOOD in a year or so .The lack of +ve response may be in very small part ,due to the drop in the last week of the gold price .
This share was always going to be a slow burn .At Over 70 ,I may personally see some benefit from my shares but I am sure my children and grandchildren will. The fundamentals ,which have been stated often enough, are slowly improving (amounts of copper and gold ).I think we are slowly seeing the birth and development of a very exciting new company .I feel sorry for those that bought shares at the top but in my very humble opinion the share price will increase above any past "buy " price but it will require patience .Thank you to all those who contribute their expertise so unselfishly , and to all who contribute to reasonable and logical discussion ATB Jonno
Very encouraged by that podcast. He certainly has a plan for the company. He seems to be very aware of what is needed to go forward. There is definitely a need for share holders to be patient which shouldn’t be that difficult if we are given a reasonable flow of news
Speedy ,
Firstly, thank you for all your tireless inputs and helpful comments re what is happening in the gold markets .Secondly -my son and his australian wife and their daughter have now moved into their home in Perth (WA!!).He is also now a GGP share holder -after much encouragement from his dad
I know if you need local Perth help , he would be happy to help if required at a later date ATB Jonno
What a great interview with SD -I agree with a lot of posters -I dont think many people appreciate the size and significance of Havieron .This may take time but this is going to be a journey like no other. IMO
There may be some concern about the risk of covid getting an upper hand in Australia especially with a low vaccination rate -but as some have said Havieron is huge ,the fundamentals havent changed and Newcrest wouldnt be drilling at the rate they are if they thought it wasnt worth it -these are challenging times for all sorts of reasons ,and this is not a "make me rich quick" share but a make me rich slowly "share with some big bumps along the way -all IMO Jonno
If you had put your money in the bank 1 yr ago what would it be worth -here it has gone up about 50% in a year , not a bad return. For those who invested at 37p ,I really feel sorry for you (at the moment) -but I really do believe that it will come good in time- this was never going to be a quick "Im going to make a fortune " share in the short term ,unless you were very astute, not particularly greedy ,or lucky or a combination of all 3 .THe fundamentals are really sound and there for all to see and looking at them this is going to be a mine of huge proportions and great longlevity but it will not happen overnight -.for me this is an investment for me but more importantly for my children and grandchildren -all in my opinion ATB Jonno
