Why would it be a crime? If they fill it at 25p it means someone’s sold cheaper. That’s their job! If people don’t sell it won’t get there.

They can put what they want on the book.

They can only do it because of the sells. They’ll take it where the liquidity is. They’ll take it up when they need to once the market buys in volume. That’ll happen when EUA release jorc or sale news.

It rose 50-70 percent causing the bod to release an RNS saying they noted it was below the previous 26p placement, and by the way the mining plan is due within two weeks, quite the coincidence. They didn’t note the previous placing price on the way down to 14p. It then went into the 30’s and a sharp pullback back to the placing price which was done at a ‘premium or at no discount.’
Either way it’s done and we look forward to more news. Any kind of dividend above all time highs would be good with shares to keep for eua 2.

There are more than 2.7 billion shares with the warrants outstanding. Also they’ll need some going forward for EUA2. It won’t be £1 a share with a sale at that price.

Some, including LTH, may want to sell on dividend announcement and re buy after ex dividend date to pay CGT instead on taking as a dividend to reduce their tax liability. Why would the bod lock people in. There is a mechanism in place. The same people keep asking the question. There will be ample time to make a decision.

They cannot have a dividend where the qualification is set in the past. They were tweeting Friday which had an affect on the share price. If it was in the past anyone who bought on the speculation of a sale who didn’t qualify would take legal action and no one would get anything until it was sorted. 100%, the qualification date will be after the dividend announcement.

Ex dividend has to be lost announcement. They can’t set it in the past.

The only way I see it being suspended is if the deal is done and the price moves accordingly before the market has been informed. Even then it would only be until they got the RNS out. If it’s a matter of a large rerate there’s no need to suspend as long as the market has been informed.

£2300 would be under the allowance so no CGT. However, whenever you realise a gain it’s irrelevant if you reinvest in 30 days. Should you go over the allowance, assuming you’re in the UK, you’ll owe CGT.

I agree it seemed to be put out as the price was flatish after the RNS. Why would the bod want a higher price or support the price though so close to a deal, and the deal does feel close. I don’t see them ramping up the news to gain momentum to go quiet again.

I mentioned this last week. Maybe the sale comes through for what we’ve sold prior to the licence transfers we are waiting for. The licence transfers just after the sale of MT possibly. Otherwise I don’t see the 75% being hit. That doesn’t really matter for sale price, we just won’t get to vote on it.

If we get only 50p it means we are not selling a lot of what we have meaning a better payday going forward. Incredible RNS in my view, surprised the market took a bit of time reacting, and even then, still in the 20’s. I’m thinking the roadmap will be fully laid out by the end of Feb, latest.
