EUA tend to release RNS which fall outside what we are expecting. The bullish tweet from them a couple of weeks ago would suggest those we want abs are expecting should be the next ones. Logically, I’d expect the licence transfers followed by Jorc followed by the asset sale/EUA V2 details. Perhaps they’ll surprise us and all come at the same time.

Based on what? Two main reasons. Firstly the bod tweeting then not following up leads to a spike, fuels the volatility. Secondly, there’s no doubt that some will derisk over the Russia/Ukraine situation.
The only questions are whether the bod releases anything in the current climate or there’s some kind peaceful resolution to the standoff.

I thought the first mention of DLA Piper in an RNS was dated 30th Sept 2020 but stand to be corrected.

There will be bonuses on a success basis but I’m not so sure DLA are working on success fee only for two years.

Nothing is obvious with EUA. We don’t know what areas are for sale, which resources are for sale.
Is the strategy as previously announced an asset sale or maximising share holder value as the latter may be going alone.
I’m in until it all resolves as I see the potential and they are making all the right noises but I’d say the situation is anything but obvious.

It’s also a simple answer. They gave up the licence as the ing round material was no longer economical to mine. Another company took a chance and the market turned in their favour.
If oil suddenly went to $300 a barrel and it was forecast to stay there for a decade, many a licence would get picked up again, some of which would be held by a smaller company who took a chance.

Not the bod as they are in the process of an asset sale. No one else really matters.

They gave the licence up as it wasn’t cost effective at that time and whoever does their strategic planning clearly didn’t think it was going to be. EUA picked it up and the rest is history.

MMs make their money on the spread. Why would someone pay 27p if they can pay 26p. The only reason they can pay less is if MMs pick up sells for less. They can only do that if there are sellers. So to answer your question as to why it’s dropping, it’s because there are still sellers at that level. Where the sellers are coming from is where it gets manipulative. But the sellers are there.

It’s a market. The price will go up and down. They will fish lower on low volume days to generate liquidity. If MMs can get sells they will go there to generate business.

They can’t take it up on low volume. They need liquidity to make a market. If there wasn’t sellers at a lower price they couldn’t do it. MMs are pi ss takers but only within the market they are provided with. It’s not like they value the company, the market does.
If the big boys want to keep stifling rises with selling pressure it will stay like that until EUA releases something the market overwhelms the with. At this stage that’s looking like jorc or asset sale. I think even a licence transfer will get sold into without jorc.

Biden’s already softening saying an incursion may have softer sanctions than an invasion. Will get bumpy for sure if they go in but hopefully not delay any sale progress. EUA sounded pretty bullish on their tweet last week and tensions were high then.

The market is rigged with those with deep enough pockets to rig it. MMs will skin you alive given half a chance but they are only working with the orders. If someone’s willing to plough in the sells to keep it down then that’s the market.
