It wouldn’t prevent a general update. Even an update to say NDA’s still in place would be an update!

I still think it all gets released once the licenses come over. Judging by RNS’s it looks like it’s gone on longer than the bod thought. An update wouldn’t go amiss as to where we are with the licence transfers. They raised in September for them.
At least it’s not suspended. You either wait or you don’t.
There’s a noticeable difference between frustration and ridiculous de ramping posts. It’s been pretty civil today.

I can see both sides of it.
I want to think the bod are breadcrumbing releasing whatever they can until they can release the conclusion.
However, waiting on a potential multi billion pound deal with the hint of EUA V2 with a potential billion pounds hydrogen/ammonia play with several countries involved, with the ramp up of news culminating with the tweet two weeks ago, to some footage of two diggers turning up is a little uninspiring.
Maybe it’s just more frustrating now as it feels closer than it’s ever been.

I’m not sure why all the arguments. WK is not the company maker here. They could be put to work 24/7 or be file footage. It’s not going to move the share price. The news the market is waiting on is licence transfers for the JV, Jorc’s and asset sale.
They are padding out again while we await the proper news.

In the grand scheme of things WK isn’t that important. I was hoping the next release of any description would be what we are waiting for and not another gap filler.
Don’t think WK is part of any sale. Once it goes positive it will have some cash rolling in so the only cash burn should be related to any deals going through.

I would like some clarity but I’m not sure what the bod are milking here. They don’t take a large salary and bonuses. It’s not your typical AIM lifestyle company. They also own a significant amount of shares. Who could they be stringing it along for, it’s not themselves.
It looks like an asset sale, most going as a dividend, some retained as seed money for EUA V2 with the rest being financed which will include access to Russian investors via the Moex listing.
If no sale it’s because they see greater shareholder value going alone with serious financial backing.

What is the strategy as announced?
Is it an asset sale? What if it’s maximising shareholder value and the bod see that going alone is better than an asset sale.
Will maximising shareholder value take precedence over anything else, if it does then they are not necessarily pursuing an asset sale. There lies the ambiguity.

It could be but EUA would have known this two weeks ago when they tweeted.

The jorc released wasn’t in relation to the JV to which that sentence relates, unless I’ve misread it

The jorc release in December was not what was referenced as ‘shortly’ in September. We still await that.

I did think the NOMAD ‘massive dividend’ and ‘a bit of a deal on MT’ last May unprofessional given whoever heard nothing substantive in the meantime. I’ll feel the same if it goes on much longer from the last tweet.
I’m hoping history will show the bod tried their best to keep investors appraised as best they could during a period of NDA’s etc, and that’s why I remain invested. We won’t know of course until this all unfolds. I’d rather be in with a chance it go wrong than out and it goes right.
It can’t go on indefinitely.

I would also like an unambiguous strategic update. I do feel that it all hinges on the licence transfers. Once they are formally ours I see no reason why a lot more information can’t be released.

That’s another good point. NATO members can’t even agree on sanctions. There’s no way the east will get involved. Pushing more limited resources to the east is not good for the west in a time of competing resources for the green energy boom.

That will be your own appetite for risk. De risk or stay in. I’d like to think any drop following conflict will be relatively short lived, I’d likely wait it out. If there’s big money to be made it normally finds it’s way eventually.

Looking at the RNS it was in response to media speculation. EUA having been in an FSP then out of it again to focus on particular options is a completely different situation.

Once the licence transfers happen everything else will fall in to place. I did think they’d be done by now given we raised the money in September.

If they sell assets only, the company will continue and your holdings will continue. EUAV2 is just a direction the company is going in and referred to differentiate the next phase of development. The only way the current holdings will cease to exist is if there is a full company sale or the company ceases trading for any reason and EUA V2 is deemed a new company.

It was a sell. If it’s anything to do with a short it will be one opening.

Normally reported within three days to the market so if no TR1 by Friday it looks like normal churn rinse and repeat
