Worried about Cash Burn (Frank_N_Furter / bakoven) - Not a problem IMO, we need them to spend and get the programme moving, they have proved and the CEO confirmed in his interview that they take a prudent approach the preserving cash - the programme can be slowed/accelerated to fit circumstances. They need to spend the cash, that's why they raised it.

Laptop15 - my favourite subject, your comment on Mariposa is not quite right mate. He actually comments on Mariposa schedule several times and slow ONGC approach, but for me the key comment is at 16m 20s on when he says: "Mariposa should be on in the next week or so" and it will add "P1 reserves" they are the bankable ones I believe. He seemed reticent whilst saying it as though he wished he'd never started the statement, perhaps because he has jumped the gun on ONGC who probably don't like pressure on their schedule. Great news though, and if that's not enough on N2 pad the extra two holes are not the end of it and it could prove bigger if the boundary proves in a favourable place - looking a further wells off N2 or possibly N3 pad. Then the anomaly sounds like more of the same on potentially an even larger scale, 90m barrels mentioned. The CEO should come over more often and spread the word.

Notably absent, though I suspect/hope he will - after all he happily sold for a huge profit just prior to a placing as I recall. Directors buys here are I think a great indication that there is not going to be an imminent capital raise. I know the company has said it but this validates it for me. As I have already said GC appears to have done very nicely out of this company and I see no evidence of his finger prints on anything other that pay cheques and discounted shares (too many fingers in too many pies IMO) - a very rich/smart man so surely he can risk a bit more skin in this game.

Thanks for your responses, the reason I asked is because Giles is also Chair of Amerisur and Michenko has found it's way on to the share register as the biggest shareholder. As it is also one of the biggest here as well, I was looking for a name of who is behind it and specifically if Giles has any link that is of interest - perhaps they have invested in other ventures together. It maybe simply that Michinoko like Giles's approach/respect him and look to invest where he in involved. Clearly Michinoko is another venture where the owner does not want to be known - however I like to know all releationships in case they are working in concert and maybe have plans. I'm not suggesting Michinoko /Giles are up to anything other than being 100% behind the company's they're involved in. saintpeter7- I'd be amazed if the register of members identified the owner of Michinoko (the named leaded lead is usually a proxy) - "Of course inspection of the company's register of members at the registered office would answer the question, but I do not have the time to visit Cardiff. Your response is typical of someone that doesn't want to see the truth, ridicule just like you did with the Motley Fool guy, if I decide to be bother to dig dirt on Eland then you will understand why I'm so annoyed with you, it is easy to criticise - but it is deeply offensive to ramp your investment on another BB and not accepted BB protocol for most of us. So Eland is 1/3 the market cap of Amerisur, so what? Your so-called research is simply to compare a few company metrics and declare Eland a better opportunity - that is not research, there are a whole raft of factors that define a company's potential I have no problem with you feeling your investment is undervalued - but if you choose to launch an attack on someone elses chosen investment - then expect a frosty response - last thing I want to do is post on this BB and I have no intention of researching Eland now , every time I have taken up the challenge in the last it has proved there is always a factor explaining why the SP is languishing - you should know what it is. You overstepped the mark when your posted across multiple BBs, presumably in an effort to dupe naïve investors into buying - perhaps you're on a T20 and need to sell who knows? It is disgraceful to do so, especially as you posted the comparison across a number of BBs - that's ramping and de-ramping together, I generally respect investors in another company and wish them the best, by all means support Eland but don't rubbish other companies - everyone on this BB should be very wary of trusting Lucky. Amerisur, stands scrutiny as an investment, I know because I do diligent research, Eland may or may not - wrt to your snide criticisms about security, yes Colombia is a risk zone but West Africa !!!! Do us a favour. Nigeria is amongst the most crooked countries in the World (check official data) and oil majors pulled up stumps because of sabotage and theft of oil - Are you forgetting Boko-Harem are based there. Amerisue is well financed and is achieving great things in a country where civil unrest is subsiding, I'll stick with it thanks.

I do feel this is grossly undervalued, the management must share the shareholders frustration with the stagnant SP. But I also believe it is simply a matter of time before the SP responds or the company is taken out by a hungry Asian predator - they have a fantastic business proposition.

Yes it is on a slow burner, and looks to be improving and getting to the stage where it translates to a meaningful profit. However, the bonus with this company is the obvious potential for a bid from out of the blue, it's a sector where consolidation is in fashion and DKL are looking incredible cheap. A bid would catapult the SP as it did with M. P. Evans Group. Even though they rejected the bid their SP has held the gains and they are buying back their own shares which is often a sign of a desire to get rid of cash to ward off predators. In DKL's case they have signalled dividends including special dividends - maybe they have another reason for that other than rewarding shareholders. I would prefer the company to buy back shares rather than pay a special dividend which doesn't reward long term shareholders.

I'm expecting great things of this company. all the pieces appear to be coming together and I really liked Lincoln in interview. He kept good eye contact, full of genuine optimism and answered questions fluently without hesitation and very clearly - what you would expect of any company boss but so many AIM bosses come across as shifty and evasive. I'm not convinced we have a seller of any consequence, maybe in the past, irrespective there are also buyers and there will be a steady stream of them whilst the company is performing so strongly, myself included. I won't be worrying about any short term trend with this. Historical movement based on a shadowy seller, shorting or whatever means nothing as far as this company's prospects are concerned. There will always be those that think there are greener pastures elsewhere or lose patience, but all I can see is positive's for the outlook and the SP will react eventually IMO. Grossly undervalued for now, but this is about to join an exclusive AIM club - paying a dividend is a real novelty as most of you will know, AIM directors generally think company profits are for distribution as their bonus. lol All credit to DKL directors.

jk400 There is no such thing as £0.0016892133p, its 0.17p (rounded) which is not bad for a starting point, prudent yet meaningful IMO. Everything looking up for this company now, all the pieces falling into place for a good few years of growth.

This person is not to be trusted, s/he is bury on the VOG bb deramping and ramping this share, presumable to generate interest for a quick personal gain before starting the deramp. I know nothing of this company so not criticising, simply advising shareholders, as you should know your enemy whose intent appears to be to deceive.
