SeanO1 Why do you say that ? I fully expect to see �2.40 SP this year, both before and after the Dividends. A share with 15.26p Dividends should be at least �2.40. Still a 6.35% yeild at that price, far higher than the FTSE 100 average

Where did you find the 212.4p on a chart ? the highest I can see on 18th DE 2017 is 206 ish

Hi Tom. I won't be selling any. I have 25,000 shares and if I sell any the price will go in a straight line up to 220. I am holding. 220p will come in early 2018. Everytime I sell a share hoping to buy back cheaper it never works for me.

including the Divi this is approx 1382. Looking alot better than 1338 on Tuesday. Hope this will contuine and break through 1400. As well as the shares I have a �25 per point position in IG index above 1400. I did receive the �475 adjustment for the dividend today so that was a bonus been as the SP is higher today.

WOW. A good ex-divi day, almost at yesterdays close and a 19p dividend in the bag to be paid 11th January ( why 2 months ? )

Investmentprof. You were absolutely correct what you was saying just before the ex-dividend day. I had a strong feeling you could be right back then. Luckily for me I sold half my Barratt at 699p. The other half I still have though. Unfortunately I didn't sell any TW at the 207p high. It's very annoying watching these builders SP dropping. You were 100% correct and I wish I had gone with your feeling and my own gut feeling and sold more.

Hyppie They quoted �100,000 and the number was on the TV. They said �13 a month increase. Now they have just said a �15 increase on a �125,000 mortgage

HeresHopin I dont understand you. 0.25% annual interest change on �100,000 is still �250 per year or �20.83 a month wether the loan periond is 2 years or 200 years.

Why does the BBC news keep reporting last night and today that a 0.25% rise in rate will increase a variable rate mortgage by �13 a month, last night they said �12 Now on my calculation 0.25% of �100,000 is �250 a year which is �20.83 a month... Am I missing siomething ? Whos calculator is right ? mine or the BBCs

in 2018 the Dividend might still be 80p. But when will we know ? When is the next announcement ?

I wonder if Woodford will be buying back in GSK soon ? if he Sold in May which I believe he did then he will have got �16+
