What do you mean 'when'?!!
If!
correct nobby
as previously documented i got rid of my fox at a very unexpected (and welcome) small profit when they re listed (after over a year of suspension) at a time i had written it off as a total loss. but got back in with a c.£2k flutter on the last day of (fox) trading in order to be in with a shout of litigation proceeds and maybe a surprising success of the pre fab business. this was only a flutter and i recognised it as not one for widows and orphans on social security benefits.
i didn't expect it to be such and early doors **** show nonetheless! what is stopping them giving shareholders some sort of update to reassure? by not doing so they risk a mass exodus of shareholders if they come out of suspension, due to lack of confidence and relief that there is an exit to get at least some money back.
Well what the **** do you expect us to do Foxy? None of us are in a position to rid ourselves of the pile of crap, so being trapped in it we are well within our right to vent our collective spleens on this board.
If you haven't noticed if has been suspended for significantly longer than it was ever tradable. You are the one out of step on this board, not the rest of us - we are smelling the coffee, except it smells more of sewage right now.
Calm down, calm down!!
Right lets see if there are any RNSs today. No. What a surprise. Oh well, I'll check again in a week or 2. Or 3. Or 4, I've a strong feeling it wont make much difference.
This whole thing is a con isn't it my fellow suckers?
Lesson learned, must take a note. Never trust anything to do with any seemingly nice but dim twats called Gilbert.
I may have missed some subtleties here but what on earth was the previous BMN management doing guaranteeing another companies loan notes against BMN shares at other than a fixed higher rate that was applicable at the time? With the decline of the BMN share price this has now led to huge dilution to long suffering BMN shareholders. I hope this new chap has more of a business head on his shoulders than FM. Most of us would be thankful to just break even now and I suspect that is fanciful.
Fly. Course it will. Just as it has been doing for 13 years since Cross took over.
Put to the sword? Bloody hell, I've only bought a few shares and commented on them on a bulletin board. I wasn't expecting to be executed for it!
....do we have confidence. Let me have a think about that. No!
Don't hold your breath Nobby, don't want you going all blue. Suspended for longer than it was traded! Couldn't make it up.
This has con written all over it. Surely if that is the case the little credibility that AIM has amongst investors is going to take another dive.
So suspended a month tomorrow, traded for a month and suspended a month. Anyone still thinks this is other than a pile of crap? Must admit that if this is a scam it will be the first time I've been shafted twice by effectively the same share!
Thanks DJ, actually sitting in Shrewsbury Hospital for a follow up assessment at the moment. Think we may have been born 30 years too early for the wonderful treatments that seem to come along each year, though I think it begs the question whether such treatments will be readily available to all in society due to the expense. As usual the rich will be the only ones to benefit!
So as I see it Cyprus expenditure by AAU to date is (0.6m + 2.4m) euros which gave a 50% farm in plus a further £0.7mloan that was converted to equity to give a total of 58% interest for a total.of around £(3m x 0.86 + 700k) = £3.28m.
£3m is buying an equity stake that reduces AAU from 58% to 35%, which impliest
the money is buying 39.66% of the total equity,.so AAUs shares are arguably worth 35/39.66 × 3m = 2.647 m (compared to about £3.28 invested). Please correct me if wrong
Call me naive but if this is an attractive company why are we surprised that someone with an option in it has exercised? Whether the option should have existed is another matter, but I would have thought non exercise would bring iits viability into question.
My comment was treated with derision when I suggested that the IPO was possibly an exit strategy by the founders while the EV euphoria was high. To me that is now proved. In just 18 odd months the IPO price is history, the ceo has legged it to be replaced with an regurgitated auto industry journeyman. This looks pretty appalling for us.
Guy in my ward had the same as you, was thoroughly fed up!
Yes it's hopefulely headed for the higher 2's. With Tavsan staying on schedule we would surely get a boost, and maybe the long awaited small divi given the mine life there.
Hi LoB
The recent news, and PoG, has been encouraging and I look forward with more confidence. Tbh I was hoping for the Venus IPO to be abandoned and a full takeover to be mounted, but I realised some time agio that the latter was not going to happen. An IPO is a good second best and allows progress to be made, and when I can be bothered to look out the RNSs I want to work out how the equity given up compared to 'AAUs share' of the £3m being attracted (I know that is an investment into the business not a distribution to AAU and the other Venus shareholders). I hope that will show a positive return. Maybe you can check my figures when I collate?
Still keep.looking at this in case I decide to return..I looked at the share price on Google and pressed 'all time'. Reminds me that I must book a week's skiing next year
