.... the (from memory from the presentation) $350 to build the processing plant in time for 2026 production coming from given the £50m market cap? To obtain production by that date would surely have to happen almost imminently? Massive grant from Saxony or the wider EU? AMG takeover (do they have the financial resources?)? Other suggestions?
Not to the same extent dryland, I think mine was the last recorded purchase at 4.29pm on 1st June. I expected to lose money initially due to being ex rights, I have since bought more of the consolidated shares and based solely on ECOB Ordinaries I am 40% down. We'll see. They are some way short of their target Market Cap I think.
Not a comment I would normally expect on a board but you are right. I think the main criteria of 'spoons when looking for a new pub is that the walk to the loos must be at least 150 yards, preferably more. Older gentlemen have to learn to anticipate the urge to lighten the load.

Not invested? Other than the significant holdings in both my iWeb share dealing account and ISA you mean? Can you please comment on things that you know to be facts rather than speculate on things in a manner that suits you? Thank you
Yep Cadelin. He got the gig because be was BCN CEO at a time when BCN had a significant shareholding in ZNWD. So basically BCN rep on the board. BCN has been defunct since takeover at the end of December 2021 since when Ganfeng inherited a proportion of BCNs ZNWD shares (the rest were given as a sweetener to BCN Shareholders). Since then Ganfeng have reduced i think? So no justification for this useless parasite but I suppose he will linger on drawing salary and pension until we vote him off.
I remember 2 years ago or more the oil pundit Malcy, in his column, decided to stop covering Parkmead because of lack of information coming from the company. Click on the RNS tab and you find that the first 2 pages of published RNSs cover a period of 7 1/2 years. You can argue that some companies publish too much information. TC seems to take exactly the opposite view!
If a country has a terrorism problem I would have assumed that a VFRB solution to renewable storage would be far more suitable than Lithium with its built in flammability. And probably more economic to boot?
Hopefully sairfecht. My fear is constant dilution. From memory the last placing was at 14p and there was an outcry on this board from people who questioned why it hadn't been done before so it was at a higher SP. Now any raise is likely to be sub 10p.
Think we need to keep an eye on this. In the (in my opinion unlikely because the Kosovan government will probably laugh in the face of Dentons even if found against) chance that something is achieved from the litigation we don't want to be scrabbling around trying to get our 'rights'. I say that because once any money is distributed and our paperwork wasn't up to scratch then we won't have a leg to stand on. Cheery old soul aren't I?
My platform shows the ordinaries. Does anyone who owned shares prior to 2/6 have evidence that they also have deferred shares which, as I understand it, convey rights under the ring fenced litigation proceeds? I think we all need to establish this.
I'm amazed that even the possibility of this Government railing back on windfall tax due to the PoO drop isn't saving this today. Shout at me all you want, I don't have a vested interest other than as an ex LTH, but Investors need to look closely at this now.

Correct on all counts. I came here from BCN, have no other exposure to Lithium and from a European perspective I see this as good as any. There is a distinct possibility that the EU will make moves to support Mercedes, BMW, VW, Opel, Renault, Citroen, Peugeot, Fiat, Seat etc etc in due course. But would I go big here? No, although I may add if there is a return to mid single figures. I am happy to hold what I have, but I don't see this as a share for widows and children. The EV revolution is not years away, it is here now, but production here is.

Teh SP reminds me of the old Quo song 'Down, Down'.
Not only does TC appear to be a one trick pony, but this is all about his family and he is not going to work forever. What price an RNS saying he is planning to retire. now that will go down well. Not.
Until they put a shovel in the soil or there are indications how this dream is going to be financed this will be a rollercoaster. How can a 50m MC company raise the hundreds of miillions to build a plant without eye watering debt or equity dilution, or becoming a minority partner in a JV? What we saw recently was an outbreak of optimism based on hopes that the EU were poised to provide massive support because of the EU car industry, and it simply hasn't materialised - yet. It may well do so but in the meantime I can see a drift down towards previous lows unless the presentation, which I will certainly be listening to, is believably bullish.
