Terms of the JV , new BOD , Reduction by main shareholder (at basement prices) , and completing of works (seeArts latest ) looks very like next few weeks could be interesting GLA

Basically GST are going to be working with the FCA so that the company is in prime position to benefit from the crypto regulations when the framework is in place so I can’t see any downside apart from an immediate apparent delay which may only be apparent in the medium term . Fill your boots if you have the cash imo great buying opportunity GLA

Following on DOZs point , imo there is no point in MB drilling Velicoraptor unless the Mongolian can absolutely guarantee LP , if there isn’t a guarantee drilling would be a complete waste of time and money .GLA

Great to see the enthusiasm back , 2010 the sp was near 200p , 2017 we got late 30s , hopefully 50p plus this time LP , drills and oil sales can bring back the good times , no death spiral finance to worry , just a sp with no limits in 2023 , stock to hold this should be the year of MATD finally …GLA

The problem with that theory is that the bond holders in particular the senior Anavio is supporting the company with money ….we could already be in the process of a T/o by the holders ….and a highly profitable sale later Anavio won’t lose on this investment imo

Consortium or no consortium this is a company going places and may well be taken over for a price well north of £5 I’m not selling to help someone has a short let’s see GLA

More buyers than sellers atm ,as far as I know RB was involved in a deal which involved another large investor selling Boom to buy AAA which didn’t work out ,it’s in court ,RB has history but I’m not sure where the evidence that RB is selling is ….there does appear to be a consortium which has set its stall out to buy up to 29% of Boom and may be RB associated ,easy to ramp or deramp on association with RB . I’m more interested in the performance of this company which has been excellent and appears going one way ,let’s see how this turns out could be very interesting ! GLA

After hours £140 k trade yesterday looks like a buy or else MMS as price unaffected . Still undervalued potential here is massive …GLA

Back in of late my favourite stock ,looking good and certainly with the LP maybe after 13years they might produce and sell some oil ,it’s been a bit painful along the way but the company and the country need MATD to be a success let’s hope 2023 is the year GLA

Whatever drivel or rumours are put out ,this company has excellent fundamentals increasing downloads month by month ,one of the foremost company’s in the US ,so let’s not get sidelined by shenanigans which only help shorters ,to create doubt ,this is one of the best investments on AIM by simple fundamentals let’s not miss the wood for the trees ! Worth considerably more than £5 a share imo GLA

Very strong trading update for conditions in 2022 , $8.1 mil with 1.8 mil facility , advance contracts of $44 mil for 2023 not many small caps have financial strength GLA

As far as I know KS sold as he has just been made a partner at Baillie Gifford and as such his stock in HARL was going to raise a conflict of interest .GLA

There are two aspects to a JV with COPL , 1 Oil extraction which may need CO2 and 2 CO2 sequestration
Maybe why it’s taking so long , possible new pipelines need built by the JV company which could I say could be not the one helping with the oil extraction , so multiple companies possibly involved . I doubt it’s Exxoon but that doesn’t mean this is going to be any less lucrative if Art negotiates a decent deal , he has to its his last chance and what an asset to have to negotiate your pension and ours too ! Let’s remember with tax breaks and subsidies the carbon storage is probably as lucrative as the oil GLA
