Mike Buck has had lots of time to negotiate with Petrochina and a $100 mil JV for 15% could be a very good deal for them and Petromatad ...so much potential here GLA

Agree Captain Stanley if you rerun Mike Bucks interview with LSE in January he was very positive about getting the licence this year ,talked extensively about a preferred partnership with a like minded oil and gas company while licence was being processed ,mentioned specifically Petrochina and sinopec ,discussed multiple Heron drills this year before November ,financed by proceeds from Heron1 ,and that the Mongolian government wants badly oil production for domestic use and some export ,it seems ludicrous that as he said 2020 is not going to be a wasted year ,therefore for long term investors like myself I cannot see further delays being beneficial to anyone .In addition a JV or partnership with a Chinese major would expedite the exploration production and finances ! I don’t think we will have much spare capacity from the manufacturing in this country ,the key to big numbers will in my opinion will be outsourcing manufacture for multimillion orders in large countries such as India Indonesia Brazil South Africa and many others ,we are ahead of the pack with exposure measurement immunity vaccine testing ,airport testing school testing ,workplace testing ,and mass community testing to measure virus exposure ..whether we can do this on our own is another question .good luck all
