I think if the chart is looked at without prejudice the sp should break out fairly soon , MSCI in a few days ...DYOR

The sp here has been adversely affected by margin calls in AAA if those who haven’t done their DD and assessed the potential here want to sell they will be very regretful ,but that’s their choice ,this is a great buying opportunity ,as it was at 1p and later at 6p when the same deramping noise was deafening ,but of course no sign of them now ! gLA DYOR

Dev has around £20 mil in cash has an exclusive partnership with Lenovo the worlds biggest provider of school tech and who have seconded one of their execs into sales for Dev ,has a 5 year exclusive deal with the largest association of schools in the world ,has billionaire David Von Rosen backing it with around 16% of the stock at 30p and above ,has Chris Akers with 53 mil stock and who is still buying ....not many stocks on the FTSE can boast anything like this kind of support and has also agreements with large numbers of pubs for its tech ....no need to protect capital here ....read the rns s before posting ,projected revenues of around £300 mil over the next 3 years with 90% margin ,I think the sellers will be buying back at a higher level after their little puts his over DYOR GLA

Agree Daramuda in my view Noel is a trader who gives his tweets as he sees them ,positive or negative as we have recently seen ,there is no way he was working with AD or anyone else associated with Dev Clever .This has been an orchestrated attack on a number of associated stock by a number of Twitterati who have used untruths to support shorting ..The fundamentals of DeV are unchanged .GLA

End of financial year most stock is either even or down ,great and maybe last buying opportunity for those who have done their DD .Fantastic prospects for this area and in this particular stock let’s see where the sp will be in the coming months ...I have been here from I.2p and my target is 120p ! And Akers is up to 9.96% ! Rosen Akers Johnston Duff ...not a bad line up ...supported by Lenovo ...contracts already signed with much more to come ,get in while you can at this price £1-£2 is surely on now ...great investment area undoubtedly set for massive expansion partially consequential to the pandemic ..very exciting for those with stock gla

So much for the trolls and doubters ...be blue shortly great buying from investors ,some very reputable institutions now turning up ! With partnerships like DEV this is no flash in the pan it’s a serious business in a very hot sector which will really take off after lockdown DYOR GLA

ASLR have the right to subscribe for a further 60 mil stock before June this year and Warrants at25p for 3years from the exercisable date provided ASLR don’t then have 24.9% of the company or more .Let’s see what transpires but my feeling is that we will see 30p quite soon .DYOR GLA

It is worth remembering that Dev has also in addition to education tech ,has a partnership with low6 pub wars application to be rolled out in 1300 new sites as well as the 2500 sites the Engage platform is already applied. So also in partnership with Veative labs ,Lenovo ,of which a former executive is heavily involved in sales ,has a deal with NISA for 70000 schools roll out in India ,now has a 100mil mcap which invites institutional indicative buying .....further deals on the way ,supported by Chris Akers ,ASLR ,who have large further buying options at 8and 10p . Prospectus and Broker note to come ...seems to me a mighty good international business is being constructed across the world which is in partnerships with all the right players ....unlikely to be any pullbacks ,just rising to valuation cf Kahoot for example ! I note Zak has also got out of bed on the same side ! He is doing even better with 32p in February as his forecast ! So let’s hope we are right , Ed Tech is a great area to be invested in especially with exposure to the Indian Market ...with a fair wind I think 75-100p by the end of the year ! This should be a great LTH ! GLA

Target of 20p first will give us 100 mil mcap which should attract institutional investment which means 30p will not be far off ...so 30p incoming prospectus incoming and with p/e comparative to say Kahoot then 75-100p doesn’t seem impossible at all GLA
