Similar to you Bagzzz 6 figure loss , this is annoying me more as time goes on , I’d love to see a recent share register to see who got out in time . There was no clue a few months ago in August when the RF funding was announced , although not ideal all seemed at least in control , how many companies have resisted after this voluntary delisting especially after the long suspension when most investors had little chance of selling . It’s frankly disgraceful even if the sp would have fallen on relisting , mind you a number of big investors and posters reputations have been destroyed not that they will mind if their money is safe . Great Christmas present for honest investors !

The large trade is most likely a worked buy for a short closing ,takes time to collect that number of stock .GLA

There is a 1 mil stock buy most days now , encouraging and hopefully Raphael T or whoever the large seller was is finally out . This potentially is a blockbuster tech company harmed by poor comms and the decline of crypto . Very oversold imo GLA

I was happy with the RNS summarised progress and where we are , money in the company , tech working , profitable without EMS and next year hopefully Sandbox admission . Only point missing is the SP fall , why imo Raphael is and has been dumping , how many left from his stash ? Company should have raised the issue of the SP if this is indeed the case imo . Still think this stock should be a very good investment for those with patience GLA

Agree totally with Spks for those out of the loop no indication of dire finances apart from RF finance , the only excuse was that the FCA must have reneged on the deadline or the Protocol wasn’t ready . After 1 year suspension why not ? LTH s with a large investment such as me are left in limbo with hopes of refinancing from the private sector , I suppose if it had been left longer we would have been involuntarily suspended .All I can say is best of luck to the new board and maybe those who had deep pockets and supported Dev surely now is the time to dig a little deeper and ensure first survival and second eventual relisting either in London or New York . Like others I had thought this was near the ideal investment for the present times and I still hope so but with much reduced confidence Good luck to us all

Stock being sold is likely those held in Treasury so that a raise is avoided and indeed there are going to be cheap stock to buy for directors or others close to the company before news …..the company are on the cusp of producing a product which will be very valuable if approved . It will be approved in all likelihood as Sunak has already said he favours this kind of digital banking and exchange with Stablecoin GLA DYOR

Certainly if Art can negotiate a beneficial JV with a big player who has the expertise equipment and finances and restructure the debt successfully I can’t see why investors won’t have a 10 or 15 bagger from here GLA

The way that JB has moved between Ask and Bid and back is a little suspicious imo anyway hope we get a decent rise soon GLA

TBF the acquisition of Cuda increases the company’s assets by around 30% or as has been posted about 500mil barrels of oil ,we can only start drilling in the early fall , so I think we are only now in a position to take advantage of the assets and put in place a RBL , again TBF a little patience should put a few bags on his 34p stock . I don’t think it is ramping to state what has been rnsd ie the CEO spends over£200k on stock at 34p and he thinks there is 1.6billion barrels of oil discovery to be recovered at 20-50% ……depending on the tech ….let’s wait for Cuda finalisation RBL finance and the CPR …eh ? GLA

If I am almost right the company will bring in nearly £10 mil for the warrants , so not just dilution …GLA

Very very few directors lose money on substantial stock purchased on the open market , £250 k is not a trivial amount …one of the best indicators for buying a stock …keep cool guys GLA

Nice to have an update and to see that the train is still moving forward albeit slowly waiting on Lithuania licence , as good a hold as most small caps especially considering the BOD have large stock at 2p GLA
