Agree HullFC 4ever ,there is no certainty of an rns this weekend ,only that DD is expected to be completed by next Sunday (31st). FCA approval is separate but like others I feel this will come sooner rather than later so I will be watching for the transformational news over the coming days .GLA DYOR

Agree HullFC for ever this certainly looks like a researched and well planned deal and I think the sp could settle after news between 5and 10p but let’s see this will move fast as long as the FCA give it a thumbs up and I can’t see that the company would have given up their own application for a licence if they hadn’t received a thumbs up from the FCA concerning this deal but nothing in investing is certain , fingers crossed ! Don’t think that JB is expecting the deal to be delayed 6 months if the DD is to be completed by October 31 st ,could be slight slippage from there as FCA might have a few questions but imminent would be a reasonable adjective for this deal GLA DYOR

Ok LFT are the future but ODX have to release a RNS with orders and contracts … I used to have £60 k in this outfit now I am still invested but with much less , however with the benefit of the doubt 90p is a reasonable target GLA DYOR

Look at Kahoot and BYJU growth and valuations …

Some very large buys in the last few days ,real belief in the future of VR and education ,if we progress at the same rate over the next year we should hit £1-75 this time next year …..but maybe we will be bought out before that happens …anyway that estimate might be conservative with the revenue rising logarithmically and the high P/E that these companies command GLA

As someone who lives locally I think it’s (the name change) a good move as it indicates local ownership reviving visions of what was once a huge and influential Ulster company …

Not a lot of need to top slice with this one unless cash is required £1 this year and £2-£5 next if not taken over before ,the fundamentals are all there it’s a great investment we just have to wait …..not too difficult ! Been here since not long after launch in 2019 should get the 100 bagger from my second buy at 1.2p ,great stock GLA
