But got there eventually ,because of the extra DD and analysis for a new financial package of products that are non correlated to equity markets ,Senior Life Settlements .Podcast says “This Should Take Off “ when they can finalise the documentation .The deal looks to be done , final costs paid by raise in December so it’s there when lockdown over! Antibody tests are the game changer for Covid ...the Antigen tests whilst useful only tell if a patient has the virus now ....but the antibody tests show exposure and probable immunity which would potentially allow travel going back to work ,lack of restrictions for those ,also will tell how many of our community have been exposed ...definite game changer and a HUGE commercial proposition if they are around 95-97% specific. The company deals in the Senior Life Settlement Asset Class for which there is a BlackOak growth Fund owned jointly with SLIM . This fund has been audited at 16% pa growth . The business gets funds from SLS advisory, Alpha Life Management the manager of BOAGF, from Ultra High Net Worth individuals who wish aSeparate Managed Account and Devonshire Warwick have been facilitating these introductions meeting with 20 clients and also 2 from the Swiss meeting. ColVA provided vital tools and models maintained by an Affiliate with a fee free licence to use .Also there is the SPV mandate which allows investors exposure without desire to buy and manage entire portfolios ! Established in Ireland bonuses and retainers are paid on completion . Lastly there is the Hybrid which is a debt equity hybrid investment which GS has said some clients like the debt investment and others like the equity investment ! There are Multiple Investment Options provided by the team in a class with6.4 BILLION Dollar expected market this next year ! Fekir I strongly think they have , but may not be quite as expected ...which may be part of the delay ...the partner might be Citigroup may not but I’m invested and despite shortcomings in comms , deadlines , a new financial product in Senior life settlements will be an attractive asset for a major in the Insurance field together with the major figure in Senior life settlement finance ....the company and Gobind have had plenty of time to boot this into the long grass but crucially they haven’t .. either this is a scam or it’s not ...you need to base your investment on this premise and I know after a lot of thought where my money is going ...2 wrecked careers and a fraudster or ...I think it’s the or option but I don’t think this company will be here this time next year or a lot sooner DYOR good luck all

To follow up on HullFC4ever post these guys have been late on every milestone in the development of alpha present position the aim of the hybrid is the production of asset backed bonds against the value of life settlement policies aggregated .It is my memory but they raised money to pay legal fees for their “multiple” deal for relatively new financial products . Yes the comms have been bad but the company has as a director one of the best in the field which is competitive and HE IS STILL THERE . GS appears indifferent to the investors and the share price , a few buys would send the sp shooting up , in reality we don’t know who the prospective lender is but there might be a way to square this never ending circle , keep Danny interested employ Austin and satisfy Gobind with cash , and that could be a possible explanation for the present situation . Whether it will happen on the first “deal” or shortly after I don’t know or even at all but it is a very credible explanation for the present company situation . Imo DYOR GLA

Guys at the moment there are plenty of trades about with short term profit so I wouldn’t expect the herd till 2or 3 weeks down the line . Anyway if you think you may be able to deduce the end result here you should buy but if you think it’s a scam sell , I doubt Danny or Austin would be still on board unless there is a sunny upland close with or without GS , why ruin your career when a job with a big company would be easy with Danny’s cv Just my opinion GLA

Agree also on the web site the company needs a professional make over ...cheap skate web and PR is damaging to a company with great prospects , also a UK based director should be appointed , those are my views GLA

Well to be honest every cloud has a silver lining ,after that interview ,the price is almost a no brainier ,so I took just over 200k in 2 tranches ...average between 1.05 and 1.1p ,so either average down or buy ,this will be 4-6 p on RCF later in H1 ,without 2p plus so if you have a sofa ,maybe worth a look down the back ? Gla

Gobind has done himself no favours by promising news by end of March and then making no plans to issue news . If he has good news he should release it but even if there has been a delay an rns to explain and a definite date to follow for deal news could yet be given ,Gobind needs to listen to the investors who basically pay his salary GLA

The basic issue has been missed deadlines , for virtually every milestone in this company’s development the deadline has been missed Gobind even from his first prospectus promised 6 months to deliver ...now more like 4 years . But the important bit is that the building blocks were put in place but very late . So here we are again Gobind promising news and hasn’t arrived ...but he has apparently organised a proactive interview and says in emails to investors comes will arrive in a few days ...you have either to believe or not ...there is no point shooting the messengers ...Gobind certainly is the one responsible but even if very late he has eventually reached his goals so we will see with this one ! imo GLA
