Guys we have what we have and we should try and sort out the conundrum from the information which is available , we need all opinions whether we agree or not , we need to sort out what is probable from what is not , and it’s always better to work together ! Imo GLA

Overall a really good days investigation , essential I think , but there are still quite a few loose ends to tie up in this conundrum but hopefully we will get there with some more lateral thought and some more delving into the dark corners to find the gold nuggets . Hopefully we can all crack the remaining queries in the next few days ...still speculation mind ! GLA

No ramp Orphidian I have held for over 2 years here the JV theory just seems the only way to explain the delayed and erratic course of progression this company has taken of late ...it’s not written in stone but taking into account past rns deliveries seems to answer at least some of the imponderables which have been thrown up but let’s see ....life and investing is full of surprises ! GLA

Would anyone if they had $100mil lend it to a few guys with a good idea without substantial influence in how it was spent ? I don’t think so .. would you not want your own actuary looking at the policies ? Would you not want a proof of concept ? Would you not want first bite at the t/o if successful ? Would you want the company close by ? A multi billion dollar business ...in potential ...hmmmm

Really the JV theory ties the rns communications and the clumsy secrecy of GS of late into a neat box. It’s only speculation until the company gives us news but certainly is the most likely scenario at this stage . Will take the sp to well into double figures if true .... imo GLA

As there is likely to be a change of broker if our speculation is correct I wonder if the sp is being kept down by Novum sells imo

Jason Sutherland may well have presented ALGW to Blackstone , liked the concept , but Blackstone needed proof of concept , the unit to sponsor application to board level , but process to go through therefore Js/GS and tactical opportunities are sponsoring the RCF through the Blackstone process ....still speculation but looking increasingly credible imo dyor

Office move from alpha to close to Blackstone , hmm, complex negotiations with 2 Bod resignations , delay in RCF , short term need for CF , early AGM with ability to issue shares , join up the dots guys !
RCF probably earlier than thought with appointment to board from Blackstone ...Sutherland has also connections there smaller than initially AUM as “tester of concept “ then if successful JV or T/o , I don’t think a huge company is going to lend a tiny company like ALGW up to $100mil without some influence , look also at the side lining of Rajiv Rebello last autumn as actuary after Colva t/o , negotiations have been wide and fundamental ! Many may not agree but this is going 15 times or more north sooner than many think and traders may well be irrelevant ... imo GLA

Also last weeks big sells might have been at least in part Rory Heir imo

Two directors gone and Rajiv Rebello side lined after ColVA T/o , points to me that the RCF provider wants some influence on the board and actuarial influence in the policy area .Also the comment that the CF is a “short term “ facility might well indicate that a JV is on the cards when the RCF finalised with possible T/O if it goes well . Speculation for the moment but ...imo GLA

Tbf I don’t disagree with a lot you have said GF but I do wonder if a company cannot get the description of their Asset Manager correct in an rns ...or did he or you make a mistake ?

In Dec2 rns the company stated that the 100mil facility was with a leading UK Asset manager ....is that still the case or not ?

Ok at last RCF “imminent “ this will be the birth of a mid cap company if they aren’t taken over first , load up ....imo

What we could do with is an updated shareholder list !

The team in town this week for the AGM ,”the company looks forward to updating the market on the closing of the facility “ ie $100 mil finance ...from Dec 2 rns . Almost there , finance from a UK asset manager , BOAGF 16.26% , at least 10 enquiries per day , let’s see this week should be very interesting !imo good luck all
