Free float is around 10% so it does move disproportionately , also it is a new business share on the full market

No most of the investors who are here are simply waiting for the news of contracts which we are expecting over this or the pre Christmas period . There are a lot of shares in sticky hands very small free float so it does move disproportionately from time to time I would advise holding some stock until news not pumping and dumping ! Imo good luck all

The sp was oversold yesterday and has rebounded ,likely to test 2p and hopefully beyond soon but if you have bought and are trading it might be wise to leave a chunk in the ISA ,could be a super Christmas present when multiple deals arrive with 7-12 % or more earnings from multimillion contracts in multiple countries ...these boys may have been slow but imo watch this ticker take off ,very small free float .dyor gla

As far as I understand they can’t place before April 2020 as those are the regs fora FTSE company ( ( (not in AIM) but they may be able to issue warrants ....

Hi I’ve been invested here for around 18 months ,in my opinion the company has progressed along pretty straight lines with the acquisition of Blackoak ,appointment of Rajiv and more recently appointment of Austin King the investment banker .This progression is approximately 1 year late according to their prospectus ,but I would note reading the prospectus that SLS management yields 7-12% plus management fees on deals done elsewhere so should apply here .This is new business in most cases outside the US the SLS policies targeted are less than 1.5 mil $ in over80 year olds with a 10 year life span ,so I can expect a delay which is unexpected but if you think not wholly .Its all in the company prospectus if you want the information ! I can’t see why the company would appoint an investment banker of Austin Kings prominence if the company had not already got deals signed up ...but what do I know ? i think it is more likely than not to come up with the deals very shortly can’t say when as I’m not on the inside ? Imo DYOR please read the prospectus and good luck

Oakey ,frustration with this BOD is understandable I have been invested like you for a long time ...18 months or so ,but I feel that it is entirely possible to snatch defeat from the arms of success at this time ....the change of King for Drennan brings in further expertise in Investor Relations for new investors and “existing investors “ (intriguing ? ) and seems an excellent appointment in the context and the rns appears to hint that contracts may well have already been made (existing investors” ) .....give me a better explanation ! Anyway we are likely to get another rns with details of specialist funding ,and details of first contracts which should lead to a cascade of contracts.This is new business in the U.K. ,been established as a multi billion model in the US so it works , and the sp is quoted not on AIM but on the main market ...hold on a few more weeks ,you have held on a long time already ....and in my opinion you will get your deserved reward imo good luck .

For long term holders such as myself this share has massive potential ,there have been at least 2 false alarms ,one about a year ago,but news will come and income will rise massively with institutional involvement ,the business is new in the U.K. but not in the USA .There is no need for ramps but awareness of a new business with massive growth potential which does now appear to be about to deliver is fair and I hope all holders are delighted when the rns drops .DYOR gla

Yes Kitlow this is a new and powerful business which has taken a little more time than expected to develop and I think we are going to hear about significant progress very very soon ,should propel the sp into another league with further deals oncoming .I really think the sp won’t be at these levels much beyond the next few days(just bought some more stock showing as a sell ) ..imo DYOR gla

With the potential for increasing life assets under management and the multiple opportunities for management and performance fees on senior life assets with investment opportunities for large funds this share has massive upside potential on first asset management . DYOR I think you will agree GLA

When the finance is set up an asset is bought , there is a fee for management of the asset , a performance fee , and fee on sale , and finance could be used for the next asset which could be much bigger than the first ....so essentially a money go round of sorts is set up with profits related to the asset size and demand ...if the experienced board have succeeded in the first asset and overcoming the innate resistance then this model seems to have few boundarys ...certainly there is confidence that we are about to hear positive news DYOR GLA

I reckon we should give out CEO a chance to move the sp back to the late teens over the next 6-9 months I reckon we have a good deal with the workovers to give us recurring income and MH has reduced the risk for share holders with the reduced exposure and cost which is always high in oil and gas exploration .I reckon this is a gold plated buy at this level the risk is very small compared to the reward ....were there options bought at 6.55p? This is my biggest investment and from here will bag not once but many times imo DYOR gla

No rns so far today we are waiting patiently ,will come ,we are very close ,I don’t usually average up but will be worth it when the news arrives ,should rocket with institutional investment ....DYOR

Let’s see what happens tomorrow ? Do we just get quarterly results in an rns or do we get concrete news that contracts have been signed which might release significant income to the company or do we get news that discussions are advanced DD done regulations complied with and thus viable contracts very close ....second or third options will send the sp north ,second option probably over 5p at least ,maybe further ....so place your bets ...remember this company is NOT an AIM registered company ! Great news and upgrade of reserves really couldn’t be better ,worth the wait ,good rns too for future drilling plans and financing !

According to someone I am in contact with the last 395k sell was actually a buy , bought by a friend so exciting week end really looks like the long wait for business contracts may very soon be over DYOR GLA

Looks like news is incoming ...sp should be much higher unless there are more buys to come !
