We expect the RCF this next week as promised I’m sure he won’t disappoint GLA

I’ve emailed him no reply as yet but I think he has replied to a query on on of his rns releases ,keep up the comms we need to know what he has produced with this 150% effort the bod have been putting in gla

Well definitely the best time to email , time for him to deliver after the December rns imo

Anybody emailed Gobind to ask if his rns is expected before or after the promised podcast?

If you are up in the highlands good luck I’m afraid I would choose to be closer to a large hospital if I was really worried about Covid19 ,the residents of ST Kilda dissipated some years ago due to illness ,however glad you have good internet to keep in touch and are keeping watch on ALGW ...but why bother if the world as we know it is ending in a short ...time good luck

So as I was saying HullFC4 ever the directors would have had to issue TR1 rns re director share sales ,and they haven’t so they cannot legally have sold until March23 if they have forward sold ...or simply they haven’t sold at all ...imo gla

The simple fact is as per rns the shares will be admitted on 23 March not December ,so the directors could NOT have sold up to March23 without issuing TR1 because they held over 3% of the then issued shares ...simple its in the rns of March 19 isn’t it ?

But they are only admitted on March 23 ...

It appears then that Ex directors Dennan and Heier still hold their shares as they would have had to issue rns on director sells or TR1 rns as they held 3.26% in December and on the Bloomberg SHL in January ...I think this is good news and shows great confidence in the company! Imo GLA

RNS these shares were accounted for in the December rns ....if I’m not mistaken so not a raise ...

Apparently more bought than sold ,hope a few more press the button before the news ...gla

If we do get the long awaited rns we should see a large gap up 5p would be fair value as this stock should not be affected by nasty viruses or indeed stock clooapses which in fact might be positive ...imo gla

If there is significant news which is market sensitive he has to issue an rns ...imo

Gs has communicated directly with another investor ,I can’t put the communication up without permission ,but my partner has seen it and it looks very positive wrt the forthcoming expected news ....gla

I agree HullFC4 ever ,positive news will come shortly ,but as the pandemic has moved on,the earlier chance to release has gone ...negativity predominates ...the RCF legitimises the business so that was why I really wanted earlier news but I can understand NOW that timing has become crucial or the stock will be lost in the dust ....so come on Gobind give us confidence with an update followed shortly with the RCF news and business plan ,and by the way any progress with a U.K. based director? This is a great asset in the present climate which will predominate for a while ..imo gla
