True the mookster won't get anything for his shares, but the $32m he has secured for himself means he will get compensated at 7.3p per each share he owns for not doing any work; he just have to cooperate and not be awkward to the creditors. This is on top of everything else he has syphoned off from CINE during past year under ch 11 protection and for which he has not accounted for.

Germany is way more successful economy than UK, yet over 50% of Germans rent their homes. In fact, when you look around europe, higher the proportion people renting properties, more prosperous the country.

At individual level, owning a property may be more desirable, but at macro economy level, higher rental sector has a more positive impact as individuals are less exposed to fluctuation in interest rates and makes them more mobile which leads to better allocation of human resource.

Surely there must be value in tax losses (tax assets) racked up by CINE over recent years and this belongs to SH. Think the devil should be in the detail and we don't have access to that. May be someone should ask CINE investor relations who are most probably mookys cronies. Or has the mookster bargained that away to creditors in return for the $32m heist he has pulled off at the expense of SH?

Maidit...it is clear the mookster took CINE into ch 11 to allow them 12 months to fill their pockets and negotiate an exit deal for themselves only. There's no way the mookster & co would have earned $32m in salary in the next 10 years let alone in the next few months which is what the lenders will be paying them for consultancy. The mookster was paid by lenders for co-operation and to make sure he does not give any hassle to creditors using his 25% stake....describing payment as consultancy is just a smokescreen.

Today UK announced Russia to be blocked from accessing UK legal advice in latest sanction.

Who does that hurt? Are we not stopping money coming into the UK?

Does it stop UK lawyers based in the likes of Dubai from providing advice? No it doesn't and so the money will be diverted to places like Dubai instead.
