I agree with that. Intensity will increase in coming days in Kursk and Ukraine will withdraw when soldier numbers reach below critical mass; unlike Mariupol where they fought till the very end...but that was underground. Zelensky have said he will withdraw troops if they are in grave danger and imo that is not very far off.

Over the pond, whilst Trump has made noises, he has held off from pushing parties to a deal; may be due to potential counter response from Biden to increase transfer of arms to Ukraine before he goes to give it more oxygen.

I agree...possibly lot more than £5. It did reach £7 before on lower production of around 10m tonnes with both Crimea and Zhevago litigation brewing in the background.

With capacity to increase production to 14m tonnes already in place and stated objective of doubling to 20m tonnes in not too distant future combined with end to Russia tensions with settled borders and Zhevago cleared...it could be lot lot higher.

It wpuldn't surprise me if Ukraine deliberately lined up drones behind passenger airlines to invite such accidents by Russia. Israel did the same tin 2018 in Syria when they lined up their own drone behind Russian plane carrying soldiers to Syria. Syrian anti aircraft missiles fired took down Russian plane instead of the Israeli drone killing 15 people on board.

Z got elected by selling fantasy's to the electorates; Ukraine will join NATO and return Crimea.

Before war started, other than price of ore, there were two main issues which proved a drag on sp; legal issues surrounding Zhevago and geo-politics.

Legal risks relate to matters more than 15 years ago, which started after Z came to power and will end when he's gone in few months time.

Geo-politics will be laid to rest when an agreement is signed in few months time.

Besides the company have many positive factors including:

1) Pole position in rebuilding of Ukraine

2) Tariff free access to EU markets

3) Increase in production through additional pelletizer installed just before conflict began

4) Ore reserves for the next 130 years

5) Zero debt

etc etc

No danger of Putin busting Zelensky's deal cos he hasn't agreed it. Z should announce cease fire, return to Minsk Agreement until new one is negotiated and signed.

As for FXPO sp, it will keep on rising on hopes of peace and potential end to litigation against Zhevago which started after Zelensky took office and passed the Anti-Oligarch Law.

Finally sinking in with Z that Ukraine cannot defeat Russia. However he remains behind the curve; he wants hot war to end, areas which remains in control of Ukraine to become part of NATO and use diplomacy to liberate rest of Ukraine including Crimea. I'm not sure how that is going to happen. I'm assuming he wants the West to maintain sanctions as a stick for Russia to withdraw and that is not going to happen. Then there's question mark over if Ukraine is accepted by all NATO countries in the first place.

Ukraine will have to concede lot more than they would have had to in 2022 when Z on advice of BOJO turned down a damn good agreement; as he was focused on making history by becoming Ukrainian Churchill.

Z continues with his comedy acts which have long ceased to be funny. Time he calls it a day and hands over to someone more realistic and with it.

This is exactly what's happening. Biden knows Trump will force peace in Ukraine and so doing his best to strengthen Ukraine position at negotiations. But Putin have said clearly he will not accept current line going into any negotiation and will want Ukraine off its territory before doing any peace.
