Cheers cellis....I do my bit but all posters on here contribute to the general good of the board. We may be few but we all add in our own ways. Keeping it civil with no vitriol for anyone with a different view is a by word for good manners on here. Went for a place pot at Newbury & Newmarket..... blown out by race 3 on both cards and only 2 winners in the pub competition.

Let's hope someone from Sphere is reading the last couple of posts...yours and Dels, however I have heard from other boards that management avoid reading them as they invariably are critical of boards and sp performance. Even if they cannot be sared they should delegate the head cleaner to monitor shareholder comments on the off chance that a post contains some useful information that the board could act on....In matters of critical care holders might well have personal experience that could prove helpful to the company's understanding of current practice in hospitals. Probably too much to ask of boards more interested in feathering their own nests, and I'm not intimating Sphere in this at all but in other companies I have had experience of.

Approaching summer doldrums and two weeks away from H/Y meeting. Wk 21 (last) no Co specific news the shares closed the week at 10.875 on less than 100k volume on only 5 trades. A little interest ahead of Rencks report should see us well up on those nos if not in sp terms...

Morning all...as any salesman will tell you recomendations are priceless! In my youth I attempted selling insurance/unit trusts for Save & Prosper very unsuccessfully however our top sales guy in the Cardiff area did 90% of his business purely on recommends and converted 6/10 leads. Trudging round cold calling was very dispiriting and I never had the stamina for constant rejection though I knew it was the only way. Sphere have done the 'cold calling' and will benefit enormously almost to the point of the device selling itself which is the ultimate position for any company to be in...Early days for sure but we have a shot at it and much will depend on Rencken's report that P is gaining hospital orders on a regular basis.Once our foot is in the door repeat business will follow.

Has this stock been cemented I'm stone these last few weeks? Quick look down the b v s ratio indicates many more purchases than sells....Ok never an indication of the future travel of the share price as we well know and often on a downward trajectory which kinda flies in the face of accepted thinking.

As a lifelong 'blue'...not Chelsea!!... I am considering not voting this time round. Mind you where I live a blue rosette was last seen when Lord Kitchener wanted me, and yea, that was a wasted effort. The 'supply teacher' is morphing into Mrs Gordon Brown and looked how he turned out!

Now proposes means testing pensioners, cancelling the triple lock & other benefit cuts to the elderly and middle class, poss rises in tax and NI to boot....While squandering billions on overseas aid!.....I guess that's the new conservatism 'shoehorning' in the loony left policies! Remember when Woodford first bought into Sphere? It was at the time of the OO/ Placing when he bought 23.12m shares (23%) As we know he had little effect as a month later the sp fell had fallen over 10%. Contrast this with two recent Woodford backed companies (eve sleep & velocity composites) both enjoyed first day rises (3p&5p) respectively on Aim. Shame we didn't have a similar reception, we might not have been down in the sub 10 dumps!

No doubt the US market is our ultimate aim, being by far the largest but it would take multiples of current cash to get traction there as to how much I have no idea. The P3 moving onto P4 strategy (laying the groundwork) will I'm sure prove successful and Sphere will no doubt be using Europe as a springboard into the US market (laying the groundwork) for a P4+ entry. Obviously we will have to demonstrate the viability of the device and it's commercial possibilities to partners in the US. Here's where SVB will be of enormous help in getting P off the ground. Time wise, cannot be soon enough however realistically it looks like '19/20 at earliest. Sphere will want to have at least 2 years of sales/data to present to the US assuming we get regulatory clearance. If Rencken's P3-P4 move works out the Euro-US should follow suit. However that's some ways away and I'm not looking beyond this year's cash raise and sales through to end '18. Any US move will be decided by commercial factors as to the likely hood of success. That's why '18 is going to be so pivotal to Sphere's future. Establish P4 (+) as Eurozones 'go to device' our chances in the US market will be hugely improved. Should we ever get to that stage (as an independent) i very much doubt we will be sitting at 18 my break even price.
