Other hospitals might not be so well equipped as Southampton which would make P's figs much more impressive in time saved etc..

As we know the nos and the interim trading update won't be until early Sept much will depend on Rencken's statement and the Q&A later. Whether the nos of Hospitals requesting Proxima has increased from the (20) and (4) ordered we will see but given the slow hospital procurement process i'm not expecting a huge jump in the nos since the Full Year statement. Consistent supply will be crucial this year & next. The paediatric element to P4 will be of interest following Manchester so one would expect GOSH in London to be interested. Why that was not the first I don't know! B&B (Italy) have had P4 since December so we need to be updated on sales...if any and have we appointed another distributor to cover the ground as Sphere was aiming for 60% coverage of Europe by end '17. The Brexit position will be crucial and I quote from the report....."it is possible there will be grandfathering arrangements for existing reg approvals and for Sphere to reorganise elements of its supply chain to reduce the impact of any additional costs"....that needs to be explained in plain English! Finally the dilution we expect to bear, just a question of how much?

Morning all. Yup its Spring Bank Holiday weekend over here also and "I wouldn't want to be holding these over the long weekend" Heh heh heh!! Looks a quiet close to the week as Fridays are zzzzzzdays so only 3 trading days prior to the AGM so can see vols dropping off substantially pending a poss dilution of ones % stake.

I was initially very anti the last OO at 16 and swore I wouldn't subscribe....of course I landed up taking about 70% of my allocation, wish I hadn't! So much will depend on what Rencken has to report and the outlook for the rest of the year but whichever route the co takes I will not take up in full any OO as I don't have that sort of cash lying around! As the board have been so reluctant to buy in the open market I suspect they knew they would be subscribing at a lower price and have kept their powder dry. Won't be long before we find out.

Much as I enjoy the various opinions/options etc...you can be sure Sphere will wrong foot us all! Rest assured the funding has been long sorted though the mrkt is still unsure which way to price us.

Well that's a very hopeful outlook which has merit I grant you....no BUT coming!! However we have to address the funding issue which is paramount to our on going trading. Having had a good think I'm coming round to thinking they might not place the shares at a discount having had assurances from Woodford et al that they would take up the lions share of the placing so putting a floor under the prevailing price. This would keep pis on side and the dilution would be considerably less leading to a scramble for the loose stock. Just a thought particularly if the news is better than we think. The rns will tell us how the land lies and whether Woodford & Co have left any crumbs for us!

Regarding a poss OO it might pay to wait in the expectation of getting stock sub 5-5.5. Just because it's always been this way don't mean.... this is the right strategy. I think they will get this away at c 5 and the price will go to a premium. Betting against the crowd but don't follow me....You can always take up a % and hope you get some cheaper down the line...
