Why not just do a JV or organise substantial finance via a deal or loan of some sort.

The DEC placing allowed large investors to pick up millions upon millions of shares at 0.25 giving them a 10 bag return, while crucifying existing shareholders.

This will do the same large investors a favour again although hopefully we,ll only see our 3p Mon shares drop to 1.5p briefly before picking up again ( but how much ).

Laura loves shafting the existing shareholders - why raise against loans or a JV fir once and protect the sp ?

Just over 500m reported here, trading n a very tight range for 2 hours 2.15 - 2.20 looks like somebody somewhere is getting just what they want at our expense.

First they loaded up on placings in 75m tranches for 0.25p now they've got 10 bags the bu*ggers are coming back for more and the Retail P.I. gets squished as usual.

I even had a couple of derisking sell limits in place yesterday, neither of which got filled in the frenzy although allegedly placed for processing, so in common with many others no doubt, I'm watching my LTH touch a profit and then slip back to a 50% loss.

Between 12:10 and 12:17 all at around 2.13 to 2.17 - I wonder what made the sp drop ?

I did, it marked as being processed, but then returned to pending !

No. Sell limit at 3.50 triggered but not processed - bloody fuming.

London Stock Exchange has the UT showing SP at 1.378, so how can the ask be 1.35 and the bid 1.25 ?

An 8% spread is just a good way to hide the actual sp.
