The placing in Sept 2023 was oversubscribed.

If they needed more cash could they have issued more shares and if so why didn't they ?

If the placing was oversubscribed do they have lists of those placees who may have been disappointed as they may be willing to invest more ?

He1 raised £9.9m in Dec 2022.

They had £11m in cash at 31/12/2022.

HE1 raised £6.8m in Sept 2023.

Now they want more ?

Where did the £17.8m go ?

Even the Sept placees are down 70% plus at this price.

The AGM is going to be lively.

It seems to me a loan or JV is the only way forward now, if we want to preserve the sp as much as possible, something the company seem remarkably uninterested in or able to do.

So cheap I couldn’t resist adding 20,000 to drop my average.

A bargain at 2.13 in my opinion and knocking nearly 2p off the average overall so well worth it for me at just over £400.

Good to see the parts are sourced and in transit the rig has been moved and repairs will be completed in situ at the new pad.

Waiting with interest to see how much funding is required and whether it’s loans or equity.

Actually I'm thinking after seeing the sp hold most of the day around 72 then the bid falling to 63 after 16:00 WTAF !

The price has been pretty weird for the last couple of days with HL the LSE and London South East all having their own version of reality most of the time.

A 4p spread is also an indicator that nobody seems to know what is going on - but something is.

You're either the a trading genius or a very lucky fellow.

Is an all time low - share opened at 4.25 on 4/12/20 peaked at 28p during first drill.

We touched 10p recently as Tai started drilling but the market has been pretty harsh and seems to have decided there is no helium, which I do not believe.In fact all the evidence suggests it is there.

We need to move rapidly as it’s incredible that the sp now is almost half what it was on the day HE1 was created.

Ask the placing holders who bought 105,000,000 at 6p.

I'd probably agree with them at present.

The market certainly seems to.

Wireline operations and initial logging underway.
