Now down 34% on the good news that we settled with the DHSC by giving them £5m.

No explanation.

No forward looking guidance.

No commentary summarising cash effects etc so we go round in circles trying to figure out what is happening and what it means for the whole week.

This new BOD are good aren't they.

Time and again as I am half way through writing the screen blanks and rests and my message is lost.

The sort of helpful thing we could reasonably expect the bod to comment on along with emphasising the fact no Damocles sword of a potential huge claim hanging over us anymore.

A bit of forward looking guidance might not go amiss either.

That’s what I would expect from any reasonably competent bod.

Quick Look at the FY report, unsurprisingly nothing new as it basically only deals with stuff we already knew months back.

Given the DHSC resolution now would be a very good time, especially befor the AGM for some sort of comment on the company position res cash and what next steps are.

Going forward with no comment as the sp tanks won't cut it.

No clear simple reaction to the settlement of the DHSC case.

No clear simple forward looking statement of where NCYT go next.

AGM imminent.

SP down 25% in a few days as a result of the complete lack of PR.

This is pathetic communication at its worst.

I'll certainly be keeping a close eye on it tomorrow.

So many shares churned since Tue I don't think there are many not forward sold.

Certainly been some weird spreads and very tight control of the sp especially today.

Somebody seems confident the sp will go up on Fri ;

Roll on close of play Fri so we can get some idea where we stand.

Very surprised to see our “strong case” result in a £5m payment to DHSC.

Even more surprised to see that announced in a terse and uninformative RNS with the AGM only a couple of weeks away.

I would expect some sort of commentary and at the very least some forwards looking guidance in the form of some sort of media from NCYT. I have emailed them to ask why they have not done this.

If ( a big if ) they bother to reply, I will share.

Very poor reaction by the company and an own goal that could be softened by some comment from them to help the sp - not good enough.

For £17k or £20k profit - while retail investors lost 41% of the value of their holdings value, about £205k for every 50m shares.

What a great deal.

Disappointed we end up paying £5m to DHSC - not a good look for us.

Looking for the upside at least the spectre of a massive claim against NCYT has gone.

Not sure what the market reaction will be but hoping it’s seen as a positive the company have cash and the prospect of being wiped out has gone.
