Big questions on timelines on when Trump was tested and when he began treatment for Covid-19.

Suggestions he started treatment on Thursday for Covid-19 but he tested postive on his test apparently a day later?
Or he tested positive on Wednesday and lied on the timeline.

Very interesting looking at Peter Horby @ University of Oxford twitter feed.

Going back through the months including that big Monday he didnt even tweet about Synairgens breakthrough. Nothing about interferon Beta on his account.

Then you see he is heavily promoting Plasma treatment and Regenerons treatment.

Makes you feel he knows he made a bad decision and desperately wants Synairgen beaten to the finishline :)

We now know why Synairgen was taken off the trial and we know the guy who made the decision appears to be Peter Horby of the University of Oxford.

We now understand Synairgens placing to raise funds and the millions being spent on creating enough production of the drug.

Comments/ explanation/ reasons for substantial amendment:
It was not possible to acquire a reliable supply of inhaled interferon beta for the trial and it is not clear that
production could be scaled up if results were positive to provide large-scale treatment.
The government's Chief Scientific Adviser considered other treatments that would be suitable for testing (on basis
of scientific rationale and scalability if results were positiv) and recommended to the trial steering committee to
consider azithromycin.

gkb47 that was the 1st Dr note there has been further notes since. He has been given Remedesivir too now. So quite the mix!

Only things he hasnt taken left open to him is interferon and steroids.

Yes looks that way. I think he also has heart problems that are being kept under wraps.

Quite a number of lead medical experts are not buying into Regeneron monoclonal antibodys efficacy. See the review of some of the clinical data.

SNG001 or any type 1 interferon has not been given to the president.

Logistics may be the reason he hasn't got some SNG001 from storage in the UK and flying over to the USA will take around 12 hours at least.

Re-read the RNS the

Key words here 'In the meantime' suggests this is a temporary arrangement to get SNG001 out there for people who need it now and gets us in the shop window of the medical front lines.

The Dr who requests SNG001 has to fill out all sorts of paperwork and provide data on the unlicensed drug so can't see this scenario happening.

The Company confirms that it has now received clearance from HMRC hooray finally :)
