Yes all we know there was a discussion between the parties to use SNG001 on the trial, at this stage doesn't look like Synairgen have taken up the offer.

Guess for many reasons
* As you say could be related to Prof Fish tie up with Betterlife. However that company I think is in trouble to get drug to market for Covid. Recent science discoveries points to IFN-B treatments being required now and Australia has few cases of Covid so trial recruitment going to be hard.

* Chile trial is funded by charitable donations, possibly Synairgen not willing to give for free.

* FDA home trial rumours are strong and would be a preferred option. USA better than Chile for recruiting I think.

This isn't the Chilean arm for SNG. This is a seperate home trial run by Prof Fish currently using Biogens Plegridy drug.

There was discussion between Prof Fish and Synairgen to use SNG001 as this would be her preferred drug but I dont think this has materialised. However this is a big P3 trial and is being backed by the Chilean government so would be great if SNG001 made it on to the trial as the preferred drug for sure.

June Raine says vaccine is as safe as MMR despite earlier admitting not knowing side effects past 1 month, issues with fertility nor it being tested in children. Terrible interview as it made her come across as untrustworthy/uncredible.

From her smirks I suspect she is going to approve AZN this coming week so brace for news :)

The problem is the vaccines at this stage do not look to prevent transmission of the virus. They reduce chances of disease severity. I suspect this is why Van Damme said masks and distancing are going to be here for a long time still.

Very possible now that a government scientist has admitted COVID is not going away we may see a bounce tomorrow, travel stocks will be interesting too.

Someone qualified saying no evidence of long term affects using 2 months as the measure? You need years and P4 trials to confirm no long term effects. The pro vax campaign is well and truly on.

Honesty and transparency is required here not blagging people if we want vaccine takeup to be high and achieve herd immuntiy. People will see the lies and will refuse to take it.

Lookign at trial site approval from ethics committee shows as 9th Nov (Box N). Possibly there is another approval we waiting for?

The site gives an idea of some funds under the threshold that are holding. As of 30th Nov only VT Downing Global Investors F Acc have reported selling their 65k holding.

Many of these companies substantially increased their stakes reporting from 31st Oct.

How accurate or up to date this site is we can't be sure but gives an idea of who were interested in Synairgen recently.

Looks to be a good estimate of vaccine rollout across the USA on the available data and using the various models. Also some good commentry on potential issues.

June 21 for at risk groups
Sept 21 possibly for herd immunity (70%)
Dec 21 Full population vaxxed

Yes been under the radar this share for a long time. Be interesting to see if we get more contracts announced in the coming months. One that has alot of potential.

Co-morbidities is another interesting one. People with co-morbidities that had a hospital visit or change to their treatment within 3 months prior were excluded from the trials due to the risks. Basically the most at risk people :)

The trials have excluded many of the most at risk groups and thats where I question things. As we know most people who die of Covid have 1 or more co morbidities.

So is the vaccine going to be given to everyone with co morbidities? In many cases there will be no test data so we have no idea how they respond.
Or
Will these people be excluded from a vaccine due to safety/no data? Basically meaning these same people are still suseptible to Covid-19.

The headline approval is just that a headline. We really need to see who its actually approved for by category and who are excluded.
