IMO this has all come together quicker than I expected - some governments are not easy to deal with and I will be delighted for us to be out of 'there'.

If the deal does get completed the SP may not jump as some expect, but the breathing space this gives TLW is what matters most in the long term.

Part 1 with TLW is the easy bit and it has been agreed, now parts 2 and 3 are in place. part 1 can be finalised. If they completed with TLW first - they may have lost bargaining power etc

For an RI to be worthwhile, at the current price range - approx. what ratio would be required ?

You would need to read and look around the bigger picture. Were lockdowns necessary ? Did the governments over-react and why ? So many businesses have struggled through but the 'new normal' is here to stay.

How many people will willing want a vaccine that has been rushed through and is relatively untested - for a virus that is no more deadly than seasonal flu. The real downturn hasn't even started yet.

Despite the panic and concerns of going bust - as long as Uganda get sold this year we have breathing space.
