Good call on the strong usd, Kos have a good idea of our assets but that would be a turn up.

If RD and co wanted, the could communicate more often and be more upbeat and this would give the SP a boost and give shorters something to think about....but they are not doing this for some reason.

Do they lend shares to shorters ?

Who pays attention to broker ratings ? If you would like good info you normally have to pay for it.
They could be loading up for the T/O.

What is the rationale for adding at this time, with the mid terms about 4 weeks away ?

At one time the debt was about 4.8b and the SP was many times what is is now.

Again it would be the lenders who guided tlw into selling Uganda, and this was fundamental to the restructuring, hedging and debt repayment.

But why are shorters attracted to tlw - because the the company was not restructured to prioritise SP growth. The feed back from IR is lame so don't be fooled.

The lenders would have had significant influence in deciding the hedging arrangements, so this constraint is not solely internal.

Some on here called out the moronic rampers long ago.

The only people who are disappointed with SP are the ones who listened to all of the ramping garbage on here. The current situation was to be expected, and unless we get a decent RNS, this pattern will continue for a few weeks.

If for whatever reason tlw don't secure a deal for Kenya, then a cheap T/O could be on the cards.

This pull back was very predictable, with US playing games by using their reserves and global depression looking likely. However, we still have high inflation and this will reflect in higher oil prices, how much tlw Will benefit remains to be seen.
