Don't see the RNS is full of ifs and buts.
Coy stated that it would pursue ownership of assets which will be positive for the company since it will receive income which will cover the interest and capital repayments on the loan.
A few years ago the company sold its pipeline assets to fund the business. Now it sees such ownership as an additional income stream.
This is not the Y/E statement - disappointed that the SP has declined - however I do think an II has reduced holding which has depressed the SP.

I have shares in a private company in shoes where IIs have decided they want out. The internal market for such shares has been subdued SP wise because of the volumes involved.
I hope that the disclosure on 28th will appeal to others to invest - and therefore clear any remaining sells.
