I agree with what you say. Someone is shorting with a view to acquiring this rather unusual coy which deals with business others don't wish to be involved in.
With no disclosure rules relating to shorting on AIM - wrong IMO- we are suffering.BUT unless you need to sell - the SP is just that today.
Many will be fearful - simply because of the decline in SP - and sell. Patience is necessary- and a lot of it at the moment.

The recent chain of events in HOC could well lead to a mass exodus of PI investment.
