I think that we need to recognise that there was an II investment in this spin off which took longer than expected to gain profitability. I think some IIs incl VCTs have taken their profits to invest in new starters. If there are more shares in PI ownership then perhaps there is a market for PIs and with the + order book and the ongoing + divi - a share to hold and gain from.
