You pay a premium for it and if the trade does not flow as expected you may write off part of that consideration. Even if you have the twin towers on your balance sheet would you say - that is fine! I did try to make a point before the last few hours of inter abuse. Your turnover c �4.5 - CVR outstanding �1.3 ml. You may have been on 60 day terms and from what you are saying now on 90 days. So �1.3ml outstanding is what you expect. Your concern is that you may not be paid- isn't it. Same as Mr Stede. Tesco,Coop,etc all abused their suppliers. Not good !

But there is optimism from Arsenal 58 in that why have DB and JPM taken these positions? If the JPM swaps are future sells then JPM hope to gain from an increase in SP in the year to Dec 18. Isn't every retail business under the spotlight for increases in turnover. All the major supermarkets are looked at for increased footfall and T/O. All major s/markets stuffed their suppliers. Anybody's guess. IIs know. Errors- accounting is a bit like a game of dominoes. There are only so many moves. You have to match - debits and credits- and unless there is a corrupt system with one sided entry - then there is always an equal and opposite. Bit like this board - too many one sided entries. All balance sheets have provisions and reserves for what may need to happen , what is known will happen and what is unknown. In the current situation PWC will milk the company for their advice. Look ar Carillion - �20ml - �350 to �500+ per hour. That is an unknown cost that will need to be funded. I have worked for multi nationals. I have seen inexperienced staff hedging the wrong way - i.e buying a currency instead of selling it. I assure you that the CEO does not have a daily report. The CFO similarly. All that is down to managers - who succeed or bodge. Perhaps and end of day report goes to CFO if hedging is a major part. Disappointing to see D Hunter step down but Adams wants the helm. I have worked in no business where I could rely upon the output of all those employed. Many had no vision of the enterprise.
