Where have you seen or heard that confirmation?

So what are folks expecting tomorrow? Is there any idea on what the market expectation is for last years performance?

Also, are we expecting any forward statements or hints to this years performance so far? Or will we have to wait for the brokers note and then H1 results in September?

We all expected busier news flow in June. I don’t think anybody saw a 12 week gap coming between 4th May and the next presentation.

Not great when they appeared to be wanting to build sentiment. Just have to suck it up though. Maybe there are internal reasons. Or maybe they are trying to flush out the short term turncoats, knowing big news is in the pipeline. A period waiting for news doesn’t change my opinion that we’re undervalued here.

The drop has been on minimal volume. We all know how quickly it moves the other way. That day will come soon enough imo.

On the subject of if Directors decide to put their hand in the cookie jar excessively, however which way it is done, or an event such as buying a bigger stake in StArt or similar occurs - they all have a pocket full of shares and any of the above would be a significant minus EV move long term, so the motivation for doing it just doesn't stack up to me.

On the subject of warrants, is it 23rd July for the 4m warrants? If news is being stifled alittle for that reason, it seems alot of hard work for what would be roughly 2.5% dilution? Maybe its personal with some of the warrant holders lol. We don't know how many were exercised during the spike up to 13p aswell. News being cooked could be monstrous I suppose (lets hope!), in which case they see it as worth doing.

Yes results 30th June but independent broker report, DC did say 'June' but as I say, impression amongst a few seems to be this will be July now.

I agree though, some shares are proper mothballs for news. But in fairness, expectations were set by DC and the festival was 13/14th May, so expectation from that also. Well I was expecting anyway! Hopefully you're right about a closed period. I'm sure it'll all be worth the wait, so long as we don't get any sentiment own goal stunts.

Yes, amongst all the KPOP excitement, a 12 week gap between 4th May and the next investor presentation was not what I had on my bingo card.

I have 2 ISA's (IWEB and H+L) and have accidently gone over my allowance for the year between the two (by about £220).

The spike was from around the mid 9's, that's when twitterati got involved.

People that are selling now are getting mugged. It's not nice to see it fall but look at the volume. Any kind of buying and we're back in the 8's.

15p or 20p or 100p or back down to 3.5p. There are all just finger in the air numbers based on zero, lets be honest.

Bottom line is it is impossible to say until we have seen numbers and future bookings. Lets say they announce £5m profit from the first festival, would you still be happy to sell up at 15p? Or 20p? I don't think so. We are all the dark but if you've DYOR then that dark shouldn't be uncomfortable here at current valuation.

Ideally, I also hope we get numbers before any more festival date announcements.

What is holding this back is that we don't know how profitable this first festival has been yet. BrickLive looks positive but again, with no Trading Update this year, we don't know how well this division is doing either.

But yes, markets are dire at the moment and I think more pain to come on that front unfortunately. Shares will buck the trend though and if we are looking at a profitable BrickLive and first KPOP festival, then a rerate from where we are is surely inevitable, no matter of current market conditions.

It seems clear to me that the company is undervalued. We all are just waiting to see by how much.

Also Doors are not going to announce streaming, I'm not sure where this came from. I think people mistook an investors tweet on this, didn't come directly from Doors or LVCG. Live Company Group would have to announce streaming via RNS.

I've no problem with periods of no news, it happens with all companies of course. But in context, all I'm saying is that no update 4 weeks and counting after the festival, is/was bad planning IMO.

Again, in context, we are talking about an event that is likely dwarfing any previous event/revenue and a SP rise of the back of it's hype going 300%+. So it needed meat on the bones to sustain the rise. And if you don't see the value in a TU RNS rather than a broker note then I will just blankly disagree on that but we have been over that a few times. As I say I'm pretty relaxed, but no news, nothing to talk about, SP slide = inevitable whinging lol

Pretty relaxed but not nice seeing paper gains drift away. In hindsight, this gap of no news we are experiencing after the festival is bad planning imo. Still not getting my head around why a TU wasn't a priority, in order to reinforce the rise we've had this year.

Good post from Bennster aswell, agree fully. You would hope one sees the bigger picture of market sentiment and their 20% holding and that this potentially much bigger win is prioritised over the temptation of losing 'indirect overheads' down the back of the settee.

Also 4m warrants expire 23rd July by the looks. Seems a way off still, considering potentially transformational news in between (hopefully!) but what do I know.

Just watching back the 4th May investor presentation.

(Just to remind myself more than anyone!), DC says June for the broker note and that 'the ultimate calculation of profitability to live company will become clear in June'. He then again at the end tells the questioner to wait for the broker note.

So I'm going to shut up and stop being impatient now, as I don't think we will get a trading update.
