Streaming is exciting though. Whichever way you punch the numbers, this company is significantly undervalued. I think further down the line they will look at what is going to get the markets attention and see this valued properly. Dividend would do nicely.

Everyone is guessing. It is an unknown. What we do know is the popularity of these bands is off the scale.

Even if 500k views worldwide, then £3.5m net from streaming the first event makes a mockery of the market cap on its own.

DC stands to gain more (significantly more by my calculations) by aligning directly his interests with fellow shareholders. So I would hope, for an astute individual that he is clearly is, that losing chunks of money that would be deemed as taking the p1ss by shareholders, in the form of admin/fees/salaries or whatever else, will not happen here. Damage of sentiment would cost his pocket much more than whatever £ is lost down the back of the proverbial settee.

As others have said, we are looking at his potential golden goose here, in KPOP.FLEX. If they deliver to the fans and don't do anything that damages market sentiment, then he is going to make himself and all shareholders lots of £. Ticket sales, interest from other partners and social media engagement is there for all to see. Those we know to be fact at least, and can't be embellished by anyone.

Market won't rerate from a broker note, lets be honest. Will be an interesting to read all the same, but valuations are nearly always pie in the sky. Given the previous sentiment, are potential investors likely to take notice of a broker note? I think not.

Clearly lots happening and all looking very positive. It just needs reflecting in what all the activity means to the bottom line in the form of an RNS direct from the company.

Hoping we get the weekend numbers in the form of an RNS. Maybe wishful thinking. Not sure the market will take much notice if numbers come via updated broker guidance.

Big news for next year. Surely a slip up here somewhere for it not to be RNS'd already? I said it as soon as he mentioned 4-8 festivals next year - we are looking at a global kpop tour here.

£2-3m PROFIT + streaming inbound shortly followed by announcements of further festivals and updated guidance.

I honestly don't know tintin, would just be pulling a figure out of the air, but as thereshegoes has said below, and MB10 and others have outlined, IF they execute on this festival, then fair value will be higher than 20p. Not to mention adding more festivals. Throw in BrickLive recovery, which is clearly happening. Lots of headroom to move up based on all of the above.

It is each to their own. I think you will regret but I also think to get to 20p we need numbers and when numbers come it will go past 20p. Just my two pence. Looking good for all shareholders either way

Yes it is sit on your hands time, not long at all to wait in the grand scheme of things. Most importantly everything sounds like its going to plan and interest is exceeding expectations. When the K-POP concept was announced, would shareholders have been happy to be in this position? I think we'd all have been very happy indeed.

Company is doing all they can, executing and communicating as much as is allowed, can't fault them. Indeed, high praise is deserved for what they've pulled off so far.

I think the potential for up to 8 festivals next year gives a glimpse to the demand and how big this could be.

Yes £350k. So means total merchandise sales will likely be £2m+ if Nylon were happy to put up £350k minimum guarantee for 25% of total sales.

No they announced 100% of the streaming was Lvcg’s in an RNS prior to that in-house announcement I believe knigel.

My guess is a combination of maybe the market was hoping for a big name i.e. Amazon or YouTube, the general sell on news brigade, no figures detailed or minimum guarantee in the deal and possibly warrants still creating selling pressure.

Bottom line is LVCG is keeping 60% of the most lucrative element to this event. We will just have to wait for numbers to blow the doors off. I would expect a good reaction when DC fills in some of the blanks this afternoon aswell.

Yes streaming is the eye watering serious rerate potential element here. Frictionless scale and to a targeted and engaged audience of millions. Nothing is a sure thing on the stock market but LVCG seems a bet with very favourable odds to me.

3.5m streams = £24.5m profit for LVCG.

Whether they get to those numbers this first time around, seems unlikely but who knows. Any subsequent festivals thereafter this first one are going to be streamed live. 3.5m worldwide streams watching live doesn't sound that unrealistic. Not to mention price might increase for a live event. Even if only 350,000 were to tune in and they have 3 events per year = £7.5m profit p.a

The market is going to put 2 + 2 together at some point. Long way off that yet
