Would be a shame if no investor presentation this month, after them giving the impression there would be. Understand if they are busy but some form of comms would be good, even if it is very brief - i.e - all going to plan, this is what we've been doing, the next investor presentation will be on x date, look forward to updating you all then etc

Yes true. I do think the volume comes before the coverage though. And reason for the volume is k-pop revenues. I wouldn't attribute any influence of the SP on the likes of zaks trade cafe. I could be wrong though

From my limited view, zak does just seem to cover whatever is on the daily risers and then predicts that to continue. That said, isn't that what much of charting is, waiting for the worm to turn then jumping on the bandwagon?

Another note RE chartists, there are many different disciplines and ways chartists use to skin a cat. But agree with knigel and bennster, lvcg is a boom and bust and herd mentality, like alot of AIM, so probably not ideal for chartists. Zak just in it for the followers and engagement I imagine.

I see the logic here, as it often plays out like this.

However, the big difference here is that IMO the numbers are going to be alot higher than the market realises or is expecting. I see targets of 12p, 20p etc but once we have those numbers from the first festival, these targets will be left for dust. There are a handful of clues out there already as to just how big this is going to be.

Nothing is a sure fire winner as we know, anything can happen. They could **** up the delivery of the festival. World War 3 could break out. BUT I have never been so confident in a company valuation as wrong as it is here. And the best of it is, it will all be backed up by cold hard numbers in just another month or two.

Anybody that looks into this K-POP concept, the numbers involved vs the current mcap, is going to be buying, lets face it.

Lots of buying pressure over the next month. MM's need to get on with it and move the price up. Been NT for a month now.

Looks like a fanciful valuation today, but once we've had the festival revenue numbers + more K-POP dates, I don't think it will.

After the first K-POP festival is delivered mid May, we are expecting updated guidance AND further K-POP festival dates ('2 maybe 3 in 2022').

If Carlsberg made scenarios, I'd like the above to play out, along with dates for 2023, quickly followed by a big fat offer of a decent 9 figure sum, that is accepted. That way I don't have any decision to make regarding when to top slice :D

Ok so it appears Barclays were used for the clearing process of the Miton shares. So they were simply the middleman facilitating the Miton purchase and were obliged to report TR1 inline with market regs.

Agreed. I think the opportunity and the concept is bigger than we imagine. Lots of possibilities and directions it could go. Could turn into global tours, rather than odd festivals here and there. Who knows

Across the divisions, given we will also almost certainly see another K-POP in 2022, £7m profit looks more likely than not IMO

This KPOP.FLEX concept is going to be....

1. Tickets sold out in super quick time, 2nd day subsequently added.
2. 'blue chip Institution' has seen the road map and wants 10% of the company at these levels.
3. A minimum guarantee secured on merchandising of a 'high 6 figure number' - very rare for a brand new concept, my guess around £350k
4. Korean government funding the fan festival and wanting further involvement on future dates
5. The level of social media engagement from the fans is there for all to see

Yes, this KPOP concept is looking very bullish indeed. The Blue Chip Institutional investor clearly thinks so aswell. Korean Govt want in on future collaborations and are funding the fan fest for this first event.

Has to be said, very very clever to bring this concept to life, grouping less popular artists and then putting on festivals. Early days but potential is eye watering. Market clearly doesn't grasp just how big this kpop phenomenon is worldwide. As DC said, so long as they deliver for the fans, the world is their oyster with it.

Think we're in for an exciting year here. This will rocket in May imo (if not before), provided the event goes off without any major hitches.

Big cash money will be banked from this first festival AND as previously hinted, looks like they'll announce further plans for future festivals during that time. Extrapolate revs from 2-3 festivals per year over the next 5, mcap under £50m is going to look very silly. Without even considering the other divisions.

Some covid stocks saw life changing gains in 2020. Some covid recovery stocks could see the same in 2022 now restrictions have lifted. And this is front of that queue for me.

Bridgedogg are you James Draper in disguise, trying to confuse simple, straight forward matters? I am not confusing anything. I can referring very simply, to what goes into bids @rse pocket, after the game publisher and reseller have taken their share. Simple as that.

As Girdz says share4, my message wasn't aimed at yourself. Some investors, based on their messages here, are not aware of the cost of sales element, which is crazy. And I can confirm Girdz has followed this stock for a few years, so will know it well.

Just to add RE margins - Getting 25% (or higher in some cases) with an indie mobile game developer is fine but being realistic, publisher like EA hold all the cards, and so it seems likely to me they will be able to demand a higher chunk than 75%. Also a reseller such as Azerion, will be no pushover in negotiations. But then the flip side of both = more volume for bids. People just need to be realistic with what chunk and margin of that $30m bids will be coming out with.
