Wider market has been rotten all year and it didn't stop us going from 3.5p to 13p.

I think it is fair to say majority of shareholders would have expected an update by now, considering the festival was over 3 weeks ago.

If they have banked material revenues this past few weeks, then why not just update us. Market hates uncertainty and that is what they are creating and so we will continue to slide. As predictable as day and night.

Not the RNS we were hoping for. Didn’t the Directors fill their pockets full of shares at 3.5p? Let’s work to get the SP up guys, rather than create uncertainty with AGM resolutions like these ‘director remunerations’.

Hyped up the K-POP festival, and now we are all left hanging, over 3 weeks later, on the details any of us care about - how it went financially.

He did say he wants more of an ii dynamic to the shareholder register, so you could be right there. I do think we're in for an exciting year ahead. I'm just getting inpatient wanting to see how this festival has gone.

Agree fully that the biggest game changer that would get the markets attention would be a dividend policy.

Why not do both!? The trouble with a broker note is none of the details or numbers are accountable and they have the reputation of overegging the pudding.

Reading between the lines, past negative shareholder frustration was partly caused by the company not detailing any numbers in RNS's.

Given that is the case, I don't see how a broker note will have an effect on the SP. I guess we wait until September (rolls eyes).

I agree news this week was unlikely. I don't understand this clamour for a broker note though. Wouldn't investors not prefer a Trading Update? They've had, what we all hope, material potentially game changing revenues through the door, in one glut of 2-3 weeks. Seems natural you would update the market on that event, to me. And especially to soften the blow of last years accounts. Broker notes not worth the paper they're written on half the time, lets be honest.

Watching the SP slide until mid/end of June, when you have numbers in your back pocket from this festival, would make zero sense to me, unless somebody can shed any light on this strategy of not RNS'ing a TU?

I don't think Doors have said they'll announce numbers. The only snippet from them was the '95 countries' comment. Streaming numbers would need to come directly from the company, surely. Market sensitive info.

Maybe Knigel. Seems to be a fair bit of activity in BrickLive going under reported, maybe because all eyes on KPOP.

Research note will be an interesting read but I'll be disappointed if we don't hear directly from the company in the next week or two.

You might be right Suedee but one of the reasons Doors were chosen was their ability around data, so hopefully (!) streaming numbers being relayed back to shareholders shouldn't be too long a wait.

Company seem to have been actively trying to improve sentiment this year. I hope this forward facing approach continues and they release a TU with the numbers of this first festival. Hype and details of ticket sales etc has led us from 3.5p to 8p. Now we need the meat on the bones to take us into the teens and beyond.

Half expected an RNS this morning, anybody else? Although it does need more than a Proactive interview imo, as without an RNS, he obviously can't talk about anything significant.

Obviously a much bigger and more established company than LVCG.

But very heartening to see the price action in Live Nation. US markets have been bleeding out since Nov/Dec and yet Live Nation bucked the trend and even hit an ATH in Feb. Has dipped slightly recently but as the closest comparison to what LVCG do, can only bode well. Thirst for live events is palpable.

Sounds like DC has been very positive with the feedback to him on how the festival went aswell.

'with Doors being responsible for packaging, marketing and sales of the festival for streaming purposes. Doors will also be responsible for all technical support.'

The most obvious route for me would have been the bands themselves engaging their fans directly on Social Media.

What in fresh hell is this investment from these PPE 'specialists'? And RNS'd 11 months later!? Left field and random as fk, even by bids standards.

Gut feeling is saying those sells are warrants still clearing. Few traders seemed to jump on yesterday and I don't think their stop losses would have been hit today. I don't think they would also be completely blind to the upcoming streaming event, to want to jump in then out, before those numbers surface. All a guessing game though.

Markets struggling generally and US stocks getting butchered (again!), still more pain to come over there imo.

Be happy to hold around this level until we get the streaming numbers, given those big sells and general market conditions.

Not to familar with Tiktok myself, but hopefully we have some kind of plan to target this 170 million engaged audience. Same with Weibo and other social media. Haven't seen anything yet but would be good to see some kind of countdown maybe.

I wouldn't say pointless, as the likely revenue without streaming should be enough to begin a rerate, but agree better to wait for the streaming, where we could see the much bigger numbers.

Visibility on the streaming numbers will be viewable in real time, so I hope a TU is pencilled in for shortly after, and not just updated broker guidance.

All shareholders will be chomping at the bit to hear numbers direct from the company.
