It is a constructive debate and I think the middle ground is probably the true picture, you are right Knigel. KPOP looks promising, as does Formula E, but I think it is a stretch to say StartART is a profitable division, very early days there. BrickLive I would look at selling if there is no plan to refresh things here, focus on the other divisions.

The top and bottom of it is DC needs to demonstrate he can let profits sink to the bottom line. If he does, then the SP will rise and the group more realistically valued relative to assets and future potential.

If he chooses to cream off any profits made from any of the exciting events coming up in the next 6 months and beyond, then the little credence he has with the market will be gone, the group will become even more 'undervalued' relative to its assets and any tales of him wanting to sell the group and exit will be hogwash to my ears.

Actions speak louder than words, lets see them.

Tintin they have £300k in the coffers from that deal, not £100k. The recipient of the shares (Jason Lee) cannot sell the 5m shares they have brought at 4p for 12 months and shareholders have been diluted a minuscule amount from the deal.

Im pretty sure SBS only had rights to first live stream Dasalus. I thought I’d seen it in an RNS but will have to go back and check later

I was under the impression LVCG could livestream future events and that it was just the first gig (Frankfurt) that SBS had live streaming rights to (outside of Korea)

I think the pessimists are well within their rights to be annoyed by the lack of detail / updates. Updates that the company themselves had given as a date of when to expect updates I might add.

On the other side of the coin, things seem to be going in the right direction and I'm sure all will be forgotten if the company starts to deliver. Frankfurt was a solid start and I agree it is clear to see how K.Flex can become very valuable, if you add in live streaming, sponsorship and then streamlining costs from previous lessons learnt.

It feels like a great entry point for new investors with what is coming up in the next few months and beyond.

I'd seen talk that it would be too short notice for sponsorship but that line in the RNS is encouraging. I think the market would very much appreciate details on this and streaming, when the deals are hopefully done, as this additional revenue, particularly live streaming, will be what brings these gigs into 7 figure profit territory.

Yes, alot of expected news in the results but alot to be said for no nasty surprises. I think anybody would struggle to argue we are overvalued here.

Especially given the stock market is forward looking and LVCG have coming up:

Nov 22 - KPOP o2
Feb 23 - Formula E SA (hopefully!)
June 23 - KPOP Frankfurt
Sept 23 - KPOP o2

4 big events, clearly revenues will be up next year. They need to show profitability and by adding live stream rights and sponsorship to the KPOP events (and hopefully adding more dates/venues) this looks encouraging to me and I feel happier owning shares today than I have done in the previous few months since the decline.

With the backdrop of the whole world burning in the background, I think results are pretty solid.

Bricklive - Is it time to package up and sell here and focus on other divisions? Or take it off DC's hands (or whoever is currently overseeing it) and bring in a senior appointment that is proven in the sector. Seems to me there needs to be some change here.

Great news on the KPOP O2 event in November. This, along with (hopefully!) confirming Formula E SA around the same time, are two catalysts for the SP. I am sure there will be a build up in the coming weeks, announcing acts and deals etc. They need to make more than £200k though. I believe they can now stream live for this and future events? Hopefully we see a sponsorship deal here aswell.

Raising additional funds - The one time I have spoken to him, which was back in March I think, he said he wanted more ii's on board and to change the shareholder register. Hopefully there is continued institutional investment when we do raise further for KPOP.

StartART - The investors that were brought inside said they thought September we would see updates. I am still in the dark with this one.

Says nothing about 'after investor meeting'. Why would they wait for an investor meeting before announcing anything. You announce news, then arrange an investor meeting so you can talk said news, not the other way round.

We are all waiting for news/updates that is well overdue, and we are definitely going to get something this week, with the interims, but I am scratching my head at you choosing to pick out this tweet to make your point.
